Absolutely horrible, horrible service and food. Please do not go here for kfc. Wish I could give them a zero. Got a 12 piece meal for $45 and got broken pieces and missing chicken. Pieces were so tiny, It literally only filled a quarter of the bucket. They threw the biscuits in with the chicken and they got soggy. Gravy leaked all over the bag. Mash potatoes were only filled half way. It was so bad, I called and talked to Rosa the manager and she gave me a hard time about replacing it. She finally told us we could go back another time and pick up another meal with a receipt to replace the bad order. Only to call and talk to a manager named Shawn 2 days later, who told us no, we can not get the replacement because we don’t have the right receipt but it was the only receipt we got from them. He was rude and very Unprofessional, told us we didn’t place the order threw them! (What??) we did it online for this store) and he hung up on me while trying to explain everything. They worst food, customer service I have ever experienced with kfc. Please save your money. Will not give them our service again.
When I first moved over to this side of town this used to be a good KFC but it has gone downhill over the past few months rapidly. I go through the drive-thru here at least three times a week sometimes more. I always order coleslaw or mashed potatoes instead of french fries with my chicken tenders once again today I came home and there's french fries she asked me for the dipping sauces I told her BBQ and Ranch like usual got home no dipping sauces. They're screwing up orders more and more over there and then the other day when I asked the girl in the evening to double-check and make sure there's coleslaw in there she gets an attitude I will find another KFC until this one gets better again. At least most of the time the chicken is edible although occasionally it's chewy and dry but not that often. Oh and just for the record the one time I did call to complain about having the wrong order when I got home I may as well have been talking to a rock.
Unable to access restaurant at 830 on a Saturday night. All signage says lobby open until 10, but doors are locked. I'm on foot so, cannot use drive thru. It is rare for me to consider kfc at all, and I probably won't give this one another chance. Bad form, Colonel. Bad form.
Went trough drive through around 220 pm and ordered #10 combination with a sprite and a 6 piece chicken strips combo with a sprite....chicken was DRY..so dry it was hard....sprite mixture was nasty....coleslaw didn't even taste right...will be calling store...for sure.....UPDATE They replaced my meal with a smile and great customer service.
The meal with the two chicken Littles is about 80 cents cheaper than the meals with one sandwich. And u can choose what you want on each. Less than $9. And she was full.
Drive thru was very cool,I had to wait a few minutes for my fries and the guy at the window was really nice and courteous and even gave me extra fries for the wait even brought my order to my car, thanks man !
Worst experience ever! Eight piece family meal for $25.00 into the garbage!Food was old, cold, and not edible. What was supposed to be thighs were pieces of backs with numerous tiny bones! Chicken was not fresh. Coleslaw was dry and tasted old. Biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Won't comment on potatoes and gravy because that's awful at every KFC.
no biscuts or mashed potatoes in my eight piece , wrong order for the forth time , they did answer the answer the phone ...and did nothing. what a joke ...its ok though this happens a lot when in the reno stores when i order KFC for delivery ...good thing for them I like this stuff lol
Get there at 10 minutes to close the girl says can I take your order then some very rude guy comes over and and says we are out of chicken all chicken.... what a bunch of B.S.....then turn out your lights
I take my client occasionally some KFC because he enjoys it so much and he's 91 years old and that makes me very happy
