I went there many times to pick up orders, a lot of teenagers working in a bad mood, they sometimes don’t even say “hi” to the costumers, looks like they are making a favor to us. This morning was the worse with a blonde girl that wears glasses, she said hi to me because I said first and then she simply ignore me and kept making 4 smoothies, when I asked my order after waiting her to come and talk with me, was ready in the balcony. Very disrespectful, giving plastic straws, a store that should be an example for the Planet, since the menu is amazing.
I’ll never go to this location again. Aside from the fact that it took 20 minutes to make 2 smoothies when we were the only ones in there, I was given my cup covered in smoothie and it tasted awful and was not my correct order. I asked the girl if it was the correct smoothie because it has always been green but mine looked like purple water. She gave me attitude and walked away. She was rude from the moment we walked in so I will be putting in a formal complaint.

Worst experience ever never felt racially profiled until coming here sat down to wait for my order everyone else’s order got called even the guy that ordered after me I stood up to see my order had bin finished but not called looked at it cashier was smirking said ooo there’s your order I was so disgusted and just walk out feeling that my time was not valued .
