Some of the girls that work there have a snotty attitude. Although a couple of the girls that have helped me were nice and helpful, many others need desperate help with customer care!
Ughhh! Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie when one the Filipina employee at register seemed more interested in goofing off, and using swear words while carrying on with the employee at the blender. Very unprofessional. She was not helpful at all, forget to ask if I wanted an element, and when I told her I wanted one, seemed more irritated that I was not done with my order.
Twice in a row the worlds worst service. Same person. Last time.. she was just rude and slow. This time, no other customers. But she had some dude there hanging out… she took our order … then proceeded to continue her conversation. Took over 10 minutes to get our drink… and this b**** had the nerve to tell me my crying two year old needed to learn how to be patient. Hope to get a response from a manager because that crossed the line.
Drove across town to get a protein shake and the young female employee told me there boss asked them to close early (7:45pm) and wouldn’t serve me. Wednesday February 23rd. I don’t believe that was the case so I hope the owner is made aware through this review. What is the point of having business hours if employees decide when the business closes because they want to leave 15 minutes early?
I got banned for not doing anything at the store when I was outside of the store only in a friend told on me to try to get me banned when I didn't do nothing cuz she didn't feel safe when she was safe so terrible place and terrible ownersOwner when you didn't cause no problems at the store they should only ban you when you cause trouble at the store and when you're always on best behavior at the store and they band you that's messed up
This location is hands down the worst, they have an employee with blonde hair and glasses that just can't seem to figure out what good customer service is. Now maybe you can walk the order to the customer, I've never been spoken to worse than by this employee. I hope this isn't your manager or your location is in trouble!
This place sucks! Our order was totally incorrect. We ordered a small medium and large. When corrected about the error the lady we ordered from not five minutes ago says no it wasn’t when we have a receipt and on top of that when the small cup was placed on the counter the lid wasn’t fastened onto the the cup at all, just placed on it so the shot spilled all over me.
My favorite place for a smoothie. They have the best flavors, free boosters. The service is always fast and friendly. Great deals and discounts if you sign up for the rewards program.
