4 people regular cheese burgers and fries and paying $60 I would of thought the food would of been better. When ringing people up they used the same gloves for making patties and touching the register. I wasn't amazed by the food and couldn't remember what the food tasted like.Asked my family what they thought they didn't like it as well. So I guess Maybe we got them on a off day. I won't go back.
Seems like a steady paced business. The hamburger meat to me tasted flavorless, their fries are nice and crispy though. You can get a cheeseburger ? and small fries ? for about 9.60 plus tax and plus tip.
My favorite burger place in Reno! Burgers are loaded, cooked to perfection (this is a matter of personal preference, I know. I like my burgers a touch of pink and I never have to tell them that! If you like it differently, they will cook to order.)They are pretty fast, too, for how busy/popular they are. It can take a minute sometimes, but that's to be expected, perfection doesn't just happen!*Update: Nothing has really changed, food is still excellent, although I also want to add that the service is friendly, too! No fake customer service voice, you just get real people. I like that.
Simple menu of burgers and fries. Burgers are are very homemade looking. Preformed patties, toasted bun with fresh lettuce, onion and tomato. Frozen fries but prepared well. Did not try the chili.The interior was clean and condiments were readily available.We will return.
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. The bun stays together, doesn’t tear, it holds inside it nicely layered lettuce, a nice big hunky ring of onions, and juicy tender burger with a nice amount of cheese. The fries are super good too. Nice and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside
I have always really enjoyed my food here, especially a double cheeseburger with the pepper on it. Milkshakes are good too.
I ordered a few burgers/fries online at 6:55pm for pickup at 8:55pm. The website allowed me to choose this time, store hours said open until 9pm. When I arrived at the restaurant around 8:50pm it was closed. There was no sign indicating why it was closed early, no one contacted me in the 2 hours between order and pickup telling me that my order wouldn’t be able to be completed. But whatever, stuff happens, so I was ready to be forgiving, figuring I would be contacted about a refund. But, I wasn’t. I had to call and ask what happened. The person on the phone didn’t say sorry, didn’t seem to care at all. He said the refund should’ve been processed this morning but I have no confirmation of that, and now just have to wait a few days to see if the $40 shows up back in my account. I get that unexpected things come up, but this was handled unprofessionally and I’m very irritated with the indifferent attitude from the worker after I was charged, drove all the way over to a closed store, and then wasn’t even contacted with an explanation.
In town to visit family. Could have been the long road trip, but I just wasn't grooving with it. Next time I'm in Reno, I'll wait a day or two and go a little earlier in the day to see if it changes my mind. Absolutely huge portions!
On 1/14/22, we had 1/3lb cheeseburgers, a chocolate, and a mocha shake plus LG fries. I'm so happy we stopped in. The service was great and one of the best burgers, fries and shakes we've had in a long time. ?
