Gotten many sandwiches from JJ’s and just recently received a sandwich from this location with barely any meat on it, called to complain and they simply said that’s the way it is, didn’t care at all that I just paid $8.00 for bread, lettuce, tomato and a micro slice of turkey!!! I will NEVER go to this location again…GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, I HOPE THIS LOCATION GOES UNDER!!! Also the manager on duty is worthless, rude and just simply doesn’t care about keeping customers happy…the owner should fire him immediately if he wants customers coming back!!!
Extremely rude and insensitive staff. They gave zero sympathy for the handicapped and will not lift so much as a pinky finger to make even the tiniest accommodation. Sub-human on the empathy index, not deserving of your business.
I had the most uncomfortable threatening experience with your manager yesterday afternoon. To the point I had to leave with my two children because I was scared. There was no one else working nor sitting to eat. I had no back up. He was extremely rude and very aggressive towards not me, but my children (3 and 5yr). After speaking with friends, they’ve had similar situations with the same man. It’s scary to have someone like that representing your brand.I’ve reached out to corporate multiple times including voicemails. No response. Where to next?

Has anyone else had credit card fraud on their card after using it at Jimmy John’s. Three times now after using my card at Jimmy John’s, there’s been fraudulent charges. I know it was them too, because I didn’t use that particular card for over 2 weeks. Then about 4 hours after swiping it at Jimmy John’s, there was fraudulent charges. That same situation has happened to me twice, when I didn’t use my card for a week or two, swipe it at Jimmy John’s and nowhere else, a few hours later it’s being used in New York. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else? The 3 times they tried to scam me was at their Robb drive location. Please let me know if they have scammed you too and maybe we can file a report. If I could give negative stars I would. Staff is rude and my sandwich had mold all over it. Can you say freaking awful! Save your money for a more deserving business.
