OK I stopped here twice on the way to California and on the way back on the way back I’ve got to tell you that I was just frustrated that the person that was helping me decided that he needed to print and have me sign my receipt now I have never had to do this and I’ve ordered probably 100 sandwiches this year in different locations. But this particular employee wanted me to leave him a tip so I asked him why do I need to sign I always use Apple Pay and just tap and he told me well it helps for tips. I looked right at him and I said do you want me to leave you a tip? So I left him a dollar tip but let me just say this I feel like if you’re taking an order you don’t deserve a tip if you are serving me bringing me food and helping me have an enjoyable dining experience you deserve a tip but for taking an order you don’t deserve a tip and I really don’t appreciate that this individual would print a copy so that I could sign it and he was requesting a tip that’s tacky it’s just not the way you do it and it’s the first time that it’s happened to me over a number of locations and trips and sandwiches across the country at this chain. I would strongly encourage the franchise owner to put an end to this behavior quickly.
Just great every time but I'm always nice. Let that be a lesson to ya grumpy people!
Fresh bread, freshly sliced meat with friendly service. What more could you ask for.
This jj is hit or miss sometimes the bread is soft but some time the bottom is hard (day old) also used the jj app to order and my cc was denied then had a reward for free sandwich after last order that disappeared when I remove app to reload cc. cc works fine, so no longer a customer of jj.
I placed my order online at 12:26. My order went out for delivery a FAST (note my sarcasm) 40 minutes later. My location is 0.5 miles away from Jimmy Johns... it took another 15 minutes to get to me... So, here i am, 56 minutes later finally with my lunch. Wow... never doing this again!!
I would give this 0 stars if I could. The service was terrible and they were very rude to us. It was completely in called for because we didn’t do a thing to cause that hostility
I tried to go inside the store to order food but they were rude right off the bat. I left before putting in an order.
Ordered a sandwich, they gave it to me with one of the meats missing. Was supposed to check the door apparently, that’s where they posted that it’s not available. Never mind that telling me at the register is 100% the right way to convey that information, but there was no sign on the door. In their defense, they did offer to make me another but that’s wasteful so I declined. As I’m eating, I overhear the workers say that did indeed have the missing ingredient, it was just in the back. So not only casual liars, but lazy casual liars. Do better fellas.
Kind of strange, and rude. There were 2 people right next to the register at a table without masks on. The guy behind the counter tells me I have to go outside if I don't put one on.. when masks restrict the necessary oxygen required to the brain and lead to brain damage.. and they also don't stop such a small micron such as COVID particles.. no thanks. Super weird, guess I won't be back..
I didn't care for the fact I could not watch as they made my sandwich. It was very tasty, but the glass is covered so you can not see. I requested extra mayo.. but barely got any mayo. I had high expectations. They were not met. I'm not sure if I will give this chain a 2nd chance.
