I have never had a Jim boys anything. We decided to try it .GROSS is all I can say. It tasted burned and old .I spit out my 1 and only bite.I don't know if that old poop flavor is the norm, I'll never find out because I will never ever eat another item from a Jim Boy. I can still smell and taste that 12 hours later. I would definitely eat taco bell garbage before I'd go back.
The beef taco is the one to get, it’s so well seasoned and has a good amount of cheese as well as a dusting of cheese on the tortilla shell itself. Absolutely incredible, I was heart broken when I discovered there HAD been one in the Dallas area that apparently didn’t do well enough to stay open. Had I known about the place I would have single handedly slept them in business!
The bean & cheese taco’s are really good! I tried a couple of them by chance after asking a attendant at the drive through and she told me that they were here favorite. They way they prepare them are what makes them so good. The tortillas are covered with a powdery Mexican cheese! I love them ?
Taco shells are delicious, burritos are average. Price is decent friendly staff. Ill be back
The wife n I wanted 2 check this place out since coming 2 Reno, n it didn't disappoint!!! Kinda lil' whole n the wall, but it was clean n they were very attentive. Wife had the taco salad? with shredded beef n I wrecked the Carne asada super burrito ? OMG very fresh n tasty. If ur looking 4 a quick Mexican meal their worth the thought ?
FYI- I Have been coming to this specific JimBoys for 20 plus years on multiple annual trips to Reno-:-:-:-:-Dang - from best to least in only one Pandemic. OH, they kept the high prices but boy oh boy did they cut the quality. We had the #15 - Two Steak?¿ Tacos and my one time favorite, Two El-Gordo Chicken Tacos. ::::: Well, sad to report that the Steak was Just OK. While the Shredded Chicken Tacos (see menu description as shredded) was $5.09 per Taco - see photo for Taco Bell Grade cubed Chicken, but only 25% of the meat as former. I had 2 and both were feeble efforts at best. -:-:-:- A single bright spot, the Green Sauce still rocks
me and my family have been getting jimboys for a couple years and it is the best food you will ever have in your life i’m not kidding. it will immediately become your favorite fast food place. 15/10.
Horrible service & food. My daughter and I went to the drive thru around 8 pm. The person on the intercom was rude. I tried to make it clear we needed a burger plain but I was rushed and she wasn't even listening. We left and noticed the burger had everything on it. I wouldn't have made a big deal but my daughter has allergies. We went back through and explained I was sorry to complain but my daughter has allergies. The lady took the burger. First time there based on my friend saying you must try. I don't even like Mexican food but this place was amazing for fast food. Fresh fresh fresh. Meats are not over processed, everything good!
Should open door for deliveries rather than go thru drive thru.Customers who orders online paid already.It'll also lessen drive thru line.
