Placed a rather large catering order. When I went to pick it up I was first handed a bag. Then asked for the box that I thought went with it. As I was leaving I looked and saw that none of the chips were included so I had to go back and ask for those. When I got back to my office I realized none of the side condiments had been included so I had to go back and pick those up second trip. When I stopped to pick them up I was handling handed a package with four tomato slices six pickles and a handful of onions for a catering order with at least 15 sandwiches. The food is generally good but I have found the service at this particular location to be less than stellar. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping somebody will take my advice and make these fixes
Service sucks, they rather do online orders then help the customers that come in first. They are very messy. They don't clean up after each sandwich they do. They put the sandwich where customer money goes, where people put their hands at. Not happy with the service at all.
Omg These sandwiches are an insult to any self respecting Italian from the East Coast. If you have ever had a true Italian Sub you would never eat here. They say they use top quality, nah I know top quality and this is not! The provolone is sliced so thin you can see thru it, the capicola meat was not high quality, it is some kind of pressed loaf, and top It off with cheap ham! Shame
Walked in with no other customers in line, was looked at by the only employee in the store up front. Not until after another person walked in and stood there to not be greeted did she say she would be right with us. She walked in the back for another minute. Cake back out and went back to the grill and still never greeted the now 4 people in the store. I walked out and will never come to this location again due to this experience. Way too many other places that want customers to take my money.
I love Jersey Mike's, and have been to many different locations in almost every state, literally. Literally. I am in love with this franchise...but this is the worst one I've been to. They made my sandwich completely wrong and ruined my already failing day at the Reno convention center... cant believe they failed at making a sandwich correctly. That's not cool. I've spent thousands and now I've been on a personal strike since this happened cause I'm so upset at how you guys failed the simple directions of making it not only Mike's way but with the rest of the few they offer for toppings ingredients as well. Simple. Everything. Yep. What did I get? Not any condiments at all. No relish, no mayo, no vinegar or oil, nope. EVERYTHING DOESN'T MEAN NOTHING, IT MEANS EVERYTHING. I can't even understand where it went wrong. Usually a well run shop , Jersey Mike's, but NOT this location. I'm not satisfied! Till next time, Mike.

I wasn’t address when I came red flag. They were making subs for mobile orders which I understood but the customer that’s inside should come first being that it was three people working on a cold cut sub. I was the only person in there at the time. Eventually I was ask what I would like to order after saying I wanted a #16 he still proceeded to make other subs that they just sat on the back counter for customers that wasn’t there. I guess the manager or person over them decided she would make my sub after asking him what I ordered she never ask me she cooks my sub didn’t ask what I wanted on it and package it up. I didn’t want something on it. All the workers where rude not sure why because when another lady came threw the door they loudly greeted her and went straight to her order. I would like to say it was my color but I’m not sure I got good service next door at the candy shop. They also handed me my sub from the back counter and not the front where it says pick up which confused me. Needless to say the sub was ok but not great because I wanted it the Jersey mikes way and didn’t get that so I won’t be back I’ll try another jersey mikes.
Delicious subs. And helpful crew. Even recommended a delicious veggie/mushroom sub for me. One of my favorite sandwich places.
Atrocious customer service at this location.Female handling to go orders definitely has issues.Vibes don’t lie.Never returning!
