Regular #9 on Parmesan was decent. It's my usual. Bread was not as fresh as I'm accustomed to. People don't seem to enjoy their jobs. The person assembling the sandwiches moves at one speed, slow. But I think the thing that really got me was when I got to the register to pay, my total was $13 and change, I gave the cashier a $20 and was promptly told "we don't/can't take cash". You're kidding, right? A retail business that does not take cash? This proved to be an inconvenience for several of the 6 or so people behind me also. Can't your people make change? Or don't you trust them with cash?So I did use a debit card, missed my "jersey points" and got no receipt. When I pointed out the points issue, the cashier had no idea how to remedy that. So I proceeded to a dirty table and watched people fumble with the miserable card readers that seem to be in MANY Jersey Mike's. One woman behind me had to go to her car to get a credit card. This held up progress even more. If I hadn't waited about 20 minutes I would have told the cashier to enjoy the sandwich!
This was the worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Clearly none of the employees knew what was going on. We ordered a mini turkey, a turkey in in a bowl and a big kahuna in a bowl. After waiting 30 min for the first two items we realized they hadn’t even begun making the big kahuna so we walked out. Not a single employee addressed our concerns or merely offered an apology I suggest retraining all of the employees that worked lunch on April 28th and have at least one staff member who can run the show. Absolutely awful experience.
Good sandwiches but they cannot get their online orders figured out. Extremely slow. Every time I’ve tried to order ahead it takes longer than waiting in line so plan ahead to wait.
Jersey Mike's is on ? with there hot subs. That philly is gonna be the death of me one day, but thank you for making death so tasty y'all!!
My husband ordered last time and it is very affordable and the food is great, a wonderful experience.
Today I order through their mobile app. When you need to customize your toppings it has you click customize and defaults in mikes way. You then deselect what you don’t want and add anything extra you do like pickles and Mayo. Anyway, it gets deliveries and they have left me this note. Thanks for telling me what to do when I literally used app as provided. Rude af

Never order anything extra for delivery orders {meat, cheese, bacon} that costs extra, because they NEVER add anything extra, but you'll have paid for it.
