They have raised prices and skimp on servings. Jack in the box used to be my favorite. But won't go back ever again
Just stopped by for a snack not even a whole meal. Fries were so stale and hard and my egg rolls were super hot on the out side and frozen on the inside. The only guy working was the one taking my order every one else was standing by the window yelling and talking so loud I had to repeat my request for water and basically yell so the guy at the window 3 feet away could hear me.
People in the headset are very rude or disrespectful and talk to you like however they feel like it, the food is good but the dining room is always closed, at this point I'm never expecting it to open they also make you wait long for 4 orders on tini tacos.
When I arrived there both the dining room and the drivetru had a sign that said short of staff closed. How sad. All I wanted was 10 Tacos and a coke.??
Horrible service and rude employees. They messed up more than half my order and charged extra. They didn't even get the order close to correct, I ended up with 7 random tacos when I didn't order anything like that. They also didn't have ANY milkshakes and that's kinda the whole point of jack in the box, who goes there just for the horrible food?
I was disappointed, with the overall cleanliness of the place. There was a huge spill on the floor, with a Caution Sign, however, the spill went far beyond the caution sign. There were plenty of worker's standing around and none of them cleaned off any of the dirty table's. I won't return.
It wasn't my favorite restaurant experience. People were friendly, but the chicken nuggets were the size of a quarter, and they were out of nearly every flavor of pop.
I don't eat fast food that much... Usually because the dining rooms are closed and they only do drive thru. But this is an exception. Friendly employees. Young crew but not disrespectful or vulgar as if I were say go to idk any Burger King anyewhere.Go Jack in the box!!
Yes, this is a fast food place, and yes, you really should do the drive-through. My favorite menu item is the tacos.
Staff is always friendly when you dine in. Not so much through drive thru, in my past experiences. Dine in is clean 85% of the time. Food was okay this time. Usually good from this location.
