Used to be one of 2 favorite JinB. But the last 4 times I stopped by for mid day meal they were closed. Including today. No signs saying temp or reason so I am assuming this Jack in the B ox is closed permantly?!??!?!!
Why is this jack in the always closed like now at 4:51 in afternoon . Went to website called to see they closed at 3oclock I don't get it. I'm surprised that jack has not done somthing.
Drive thru order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 grilled chicken salads with ranch, got 2 southwest chicken salads, one with ranch, one with southwest dressing. My bad for not checking before we left
A lackluster fast food experience, the milkshake I was given looked rundown and the cherry looked like it had been thrown in or dropped by accident. When I asked for a 3 piece Egg roll the clerk confirmed it as a 2 piece Egg Roll which I never saw on menu, when I asked for sauce she told me to ask at the window. I feel like asking at the speaker helps the efficiency and it shouldn't require the customer to repeat what they have said. Also their is a hand written sign requesting tips which seems odd, especially considering service.
They were fast the food was hot and nothing was wrong I like this one they even threw in some mini churros (which are my favorite freshly cooked) very good service.
I was kind of surprised they went to Jack In The Box for lunch one day. I got a side salad in 6 of the chicken nuggets. Believe it or not, it wasn't too bad
First time here, and I just gotta say the customer service here is amazing. They're fast without rushing, polite, and the food was good.
They want you to buy there food but won't let you use there restrooms. There part of the covid problem. If you can't wash your hands you spread germs.
They work when they want too. They are closed a lot. Food has changed, not as good as it was before COVID-19. I’ve worked the whole time during Covid-19, and the people at this restaurant needs to be retrained on people and food skills. I love Jack in the Box, and now I travel miles away from my home to order food because the Damonte ranch store does not care and want to serve good foods to the locals that’s been there for years. There closed to much. I’ve read the reviews for this location, and you have an excuse for everything. COVID-19 is bad yes, but you can run a business open and carefully if you do it with the right people. I think you all forgot that you serve the people, not yourselves. Let’s get this location back on track. A lot of people need jobs, there should be no problem in hiring unless your management does not do there job.Please get new managers and staff that cares!!!! I been waiting 15 months to walk in and order food with a mask. Please get your act together, we want Jack in the Box in our area. If you don’t get the heck of the area, and let a hamburger joint move in that cares for the local, even during COVID-19. COVID-19 is going to be around for awhile and we need to work with it as much as possible.
So I've decided to treat myself to a shake considering it is something that I don't have very often. I ordered the large oreo shake. The lady repeated my order and I thought it was good to go. I grabbed my shake and it turned out to be a regular which I was charged for a regular that's fine, but more than half of the cup was filled with whip cream.
