THIS PLACE CLOSES EARLY EVERY TIME I GO BECAUSE I GO RIGHT AFTER WORK! That skinny dark skin woman who’s a manager (wears the same orange shirt) always closes early. This time (5/31/22) it was 10:58pm and they close at 11pm! Last time it was 10:59 but at least they took my order after I said something. But on 5/31 the line was full and they expected me to wait until the people in front of me got their food. Im just stuck there but I’m not able to get food durning there operating hours!? I’m calling corporate, writing a letter, IM DOING IT ALL! NEVER GOING BACK!
Let me start by saying avoid this location at night! Please.Today date April 13th,22 , around 8:40 pm whoever was working the drive thru had a really bad attitude and couldn't seem to get my order correct until I repeated myself like 6 times. She was very very rude. And then I ordered a shake and when I got it the cup had whip cream all over it and it was overflowing !! Made a huge mess in my car.Idk if it's the same person doing drive thru that does drinks but if so she shouldn't have a Job. And my curly fries were barely even filled half way !! I'd upload a picture if I nu how. And the bacon look raw.I'm so disappointedAND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.
First time ordering here and the drive thru experience was great. Annette was kind and helpful with the order and super quick delivery too. Happy customer!
Well, I tried going here again after not going for a year,because they messed up our order and wouldn't do anything about it. They did it again, got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, one PLAIN,and two fries ,no salt, the fries had salt,the PLAIN chicken,well it was plain but it looked like a chicken finger not a breast- they re did the fries after waiting for that,they didn't replace the chicken-said sorry the grills are off-it was a spicy chicken-FRIED-NOT Grilled,I don't think we'll be going back there any more-it's a lot of money for food that is wrong!
Wearing masks on their chins if they wore them at all, while handling people's food. Which is slow and sloppy. The place is falling apart, building, staff and food. Don't bother.Regarding the corporate response below, write policies all you want. Your people don't follow them.
I went there for lunch this afternoon. I ordered two sandwiches:a chicken sandwich and a burger. Both items were fresh and well made, and the drive through wait time was relatively low, especially when compared to McD's across the street.
Why is it so hard for anyone to cook a good hashbrown in this town, they are not supposed to be a hockey puck or dripping with oil. Jalapeños were like little Rocks also, Unbelievable
This place hires the most incompetent workers, they mess up orders, half the time don't even offer sauces, burger King or Wendy's it is from now on, also I've tried calling them to see if I will get a refund since I cancelled my order for the incompetence and they can't even seem to answer the phone.Update: welp I did exactly what the reply asked me to do, I left them feedback through that website and haven't been contacted by anyone so good job on stealing my money.
Says on there website they are open till 1 am but they often close early. Tonight we tried to go at 9pm and they worker said they were closed. I understand it’s just Jack in the Box but it is hard trying to get food after work late and not wanting to drive far because of the snow and wind.
The got the order wrong. They either ran out of the item we wanted or discontinued it. The person taking the order seemed to be not listening to me while I was ordering..when I asked if he understood me he nodded yes. But he still got the order wrong. They didn't have the Hi-C drink that I always get. Oh well!
