OK, 5 STARS for a hamburger? Yes! I was very pleasantly surprised with........ THE "DOUBLE-DOUBLE" Hamburger was made exactly as requested and it tasted FABULOUS!Enjoyed even more-so with my friends Greg and Wendy!Of course as usual Wendy invited several men to go along and help. I GUESS she figures sooner or later she will score with someone. NOT ME THOUGH! I am tired of her games!The Village drive in by Tahoe Park could learn a few things from In-N-Out Burger in Reno, Nevada!
The staff here are treating this more like a sit down restaurant. Offering to pick up trash as you finish eating, the manager walked around and greeted everyone, and they even asked if they could get us anything else. It was busy, per usual for the franchise, but our food was done quickly and we didn't even have to wait in line. It was great ☺️
You don't go to in-n-out because it's the best hamburger ever, it's not. What it is, Is a fresh fast food burger, that tastes great. The fries are sliced in front of you, everything is spotless, the well paid staff is friendly and professional. It's always busy, but never slow.You go to in-n-out to remember your childhood, to take a moment and enjoy nostalgia. It's simple and that's the beauty. Secret menus that everyone knows about, great food and memories.
This place never fails. The food is always so good and fairly priced. The staff at the new keystone location was so friendly makes me want to go in from now on instead of the drive thru. Thank you!
Great service with easy to go foods.My hamburger was excellent with plenty of lettuce tomato and onion, and a little bit of mayonnaise. Proverbs 24:16 on the bottom of the fries Amen IN-N-OUT BURGER!
Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Thanks for the assistance Bruce! Keep up the good work! Food was fast (not super busy)and quality was phenomenal! We're super helpful with my toddler. Brought him a hat gave him stickers! Couldn't have been a better experience beyond some rude customers!!!
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restaurants and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
What’s there to say because it’s an In-N-Out! If you know, you know. This new location doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of parking for walk in and expect it to be busy at certain times. Honestly, there’s no good solution for a busy drive thru but the way they wrap the traffic for this one was WELL thought out. This location has the most outdoor seating of the 3 in Reno/Sparks. Simple menu (unless you’re going for the secret menu), good food, fast service, lovely employees.
Brand new location in Reno Nevada! Bright and spotlessly clean. Well trained, courteous employees. Service was prompt and food was prepared well. Hot and tasty, prepared exactly as requested. This In-N-Out location has hit the ground at full speed, owner and management team, GREAT JOB! Will definitely visit again often.
I've been to this location probably 6 times within the last few weeks and the food quality is consistent. I usually go after about 9pm through the week and the drive thru line hasn't been too bad and seems to move along very well. Staff is also nice and again, the food has been fresh and tasty.
