First you get this rating based on service and food. The location and the Cleanliness of the place was too notch. My family, and I were on a RoadTrip stopped here to eat. Our server acted brand new but turns out he got fired for the many complaints about him. Never order eggs from restaurants period. I do not for the very reason I'm going to tell you about. My father in law had hair cooked up in his scrambled eggs. Needliless to say he didn't eat he was so turned off, and we all didn't eat much after that. Plus the food wasn't even good. As a Disabled Military Veteran, I got my discount, but should of been more. This place was terrible, we will never comeback there ever again.
Service was exceptional, Omar could be a good trainer for those at Virginia Ave. Food was but coffee could have been a little bit hotter.
I love IHOP. Took my daughter there for her birthday breakfast. Service was great, the young lady that waited on us was very nice and listen to us and brought us exactly what we asked for!!! She was great.
Terrible service today. Typically we have a great experience with our usual waitress but she has Mondays off. Karla was not attentive and there were only 4 tables between her and another girl. Had to have food remade because the whip cream on pancakes was spoiled. Waited 20 minutes for a drink refill one 1 drink. Will probably never come back on Mondays.
I called to be added to the waiting list because my group was big and it included children I was told that they'd add me and to wait 10-15 mins then when I got there they told me there was no party of 13 on the list. However, the service was great So that's why I gave them a 3 star review
I used to love this restaurant. The owner has two daughters and one of them was the sweetest waitress in the whole world and I wanted to come back all the time because she was such a good server. The owner has since passed away and his other daughter took over and that place has changed so much. The last time I went in, I got really rude customer service from the server. He would slam stuff down on the table really hard and startled me even. Just a mean guy. I just ordered doordash from them and all five items were incorrect. I tried to call the restaurant several times to at least talk to them and they would not even answer the phone. If you look at my account, Ive probably left one bad review in my entire life, so yeah I don't do this a lot. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not go there again now. I'll go to Sparks instead. If anything, don't do doordash with them or any kind of food delivery service. It's better to go in at least even if you get the grouchy waiter

No wait at all upon arriving. We were Seated at a table that was not directly 2ft from other unmasked customer. Thank you!! Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job of bringing our table what we needed before asking for it. Love that ???? French toast with strawberry/banana was delicious.
