We always go here to eat and order to go pork porridge mostimes. Mind you its a 30-40min drive from our house. Our usual is like 3-4 orders to go of pork porridge! We got home, we immediately notice the color was off, then we start to eat-it was bitter and burnt. As mentioned we always order this meaning its not our first! The guy I spoke to Mane or however you spelled it says he would gladly make it but it was already late for us to drive back to pick up, as you know gas is outrageous! I called the next day since we are driving back to town but says they do not have enough to make it as it is long weekend (Memorial weekend). Today I am writing this because not only my mom went out her way to pick up but the person that was talking to my mom was rude, telling her that it would be the same taste and such a waste of food! Like Bro you don't talk to customers like that! And even I was courteous enough to talk to you but overhearing you talk to my mom just crossed the line!***add***End up the server recognized my mom and they did ended up making her to go as promised,(could have handled it better by communicating to other staff before dealing with a customer IMO). I know its a very hard situation at times but I do not make excuses for someone else's actions! I worked everywhere else have been in too many shoes and I never ever disrespected anyone!

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is terrible. Ceiling tiles are water stained, floor needs sweeping, tables are bare, without place settings; but the food is great and the service was good too. Despite the cons, I highly recommend.
Disappointed. Spent $60 on take-out food for my family. Large order. Portions were smaller then usual. We usually have leftovers. Not this time. What upset me the most is, they didn't give us any condiments napkins, forks, soy sauce, fortune cookies, etc. So frustrating.
This is my new most fave Chinese resto in Reno! Kinda outta the way, but I see a lot of local workers in here for lunch. The food here is so yummy and you get OMG a ton of food with all orders. I love that general chicken here, it's not all thick breaded like other place, so it's like a freakin corn dog! Here they use thigh meat hand cut and lightly coated and that sauce ... wow so sweet and spicy at the same time. Get the General chicken!
Take out. Food was pretty good. ordered mu shu pork but was not given the pancakes and plum sauce, not the same without them. Szechuan beef had too much celery but flavor was good.Take out boxes overfilled and spilled into other boxes of food including the wontons which made them soggy and filled the bottom of the bag. Very messy.
My experience of great food was brought by a peer a few times, yet after placing an order for pick-up myself my experience was everything but great to have commuted 45 minutes to expect that same experience. My food was given in an extreme soiled plasic bag with no plastic-ware, napkins or condiments. For the price items should had at least have a welcoming presentation and the food didn't taste any better to how it was served! Sorry, I had to star this place as my lease favorite places to visit. Be mindful.
