Nice local tasty dishes. I had a beef, cabbage and noodle dish which I helped to assemble. Just the right spice and full of flavors. First time I’ve used medal chop sticks - I need more practice, I had to use the spoon to get every last drop.I finished it off with a mocha banana smoothly for the road. It’s slow sipping because I am so full. Great place!

The menu is seasonal and displays extraordinary creativity and culinary knowledge by the sole man responsible for running this bistro. Went for lunch today, cannot wait to go back. My taco salad was like nothing I’ve had before! So delicious. My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich. He couldn’t stop raving about it! Chef Oscar is great, so friendly, and helpful. The place is nice and clean, and very charming. Lots of off street parking behind the building.
Our water aerobics group met for lunch yesterday at Hidden Bistro in Reno. A charming little gem of a restaurant with an interesting menu and an amazing chef! The chef, Oscar, runs the whole show-taking orders, cooking and serving his guests. We had a leisurely meal because you need to be patient to let Oscar do his thing! He was charasmatic and very accommodating to our group.I'm attaching pics of the "aqua babes" and a few of the items ordered. The scotch eggs with mustard sauce were delish and the bean burger with sweet potato fries that I ordered was so yummy.Thank you, Oscar, for catering to our group. You made our experience delightful!
Such a super cool tucked away lunch/dinner spot. The chicken sandwich was EXTRAORDINARY. Definitely a must have. The owner, Oscar is so friendly and you can taste the passion in his craft. 10/10. Will be stopping in again next time we’re in town.
Such great food. Tried my first Scotch Egg and was not disappointed. The smash burger was incredible and polenta fries were perfect. I actually tried a cherry protein shake too and was shocked how good it was. Great service too. 5 stars and I have already started texting friends about it. More people need to give this place some love!
This place was run by one guy, and he rocked it! He waited on all the tables and cooked the food, it was quite impressive! Every detail of the meal had a homemade authentic twist that was exceptional. From the prime rib french dip, to the patty melt my husband got was excellent. The chicken strips were the best i have ever had, and ive had alot lol. Such great service too, he took the time to be friendly to both our children, which are 1 & 4 so not ideal for resturaunts haha. He talked to them, brought my son out ice cubes because he was eating mine and took the time to talk to my daughter making her smile. Im really glad we took the time to look on google and found this hidden gem rather than going to a chain restaurant near by. Worth the wait on the food! Love supporting places like this where you can see the love for their job put into every detail of customer satisfaction.
Truly a hidden treasure. I had the B.L.A.S.T. . One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Also excellent fries and dipping sauce. Reasonably priced.
The burgers here are amazing!! Hidden Bistro is worth the scavenger hunt!! Oscar puts A LOT of time and effort into customizing his ingredients to give you a meal you've never had before. As soon as I bit into the burger, I was blown away at how different it tasted and how quickly he also made it! Come to Hidden Bistro. You won't regret it.
It’s called Hidden Bistro for a reason! Lol. It’s a must for great food and service! Owner is super friendly! I ordered the Birria Ramen and it was amazing. No complaints!! Go up to the second floor of European Fitness!!! You won’t be disappointed
