Coffee here is always the tastiest…truly! And pastries are a yummy delight! I’ve been here a number of times now, the vibe is super chill and super friendly! Today I brought mom and dad and we were able to enjoy our treats in the fabulous courtyard even with the high winds, it’s super protected out there! We’ll keep coming back for more?
My new favorite coffee shop! Found it one day when I was desperate for coffee. I get the iced vanilla late and it's perfect. It's not too sweet and the coffee flavor is so delicious. Super affordable, they also have a ton of great food items. My favorite is the cinnamon roll.
This place is awesome. I love a different coffee, something other than the usual Starbucks or other burnt garbage. The coffee served here has a great flavor, it's locally roasted, and the place is convenient. There is a spot in front with free parking. Also, if you happen to stop by, tell them Dopio Tim sent you. ??
Two delicious matcha teas to go. The rain kept us from the beautiful patio area. The interior is sleek and clean. Great friendly service! Plenty of parking. We will be back.
What a wonderful new spot in Reno! You can tell the owners have put their heart and souls into the production and products they are selling. The coffees we ordered were not only delicious, but were served with such kindness. The staff was efficient and fast even with such a large crowd around. We are so excited for a wonderful new coffee spot! Definitely will be going back!!
Hands down the BEST coffee shop in Reno. The vibe is amazing and the people are even better! ❤️ Marissa and Travis put so much time and effort into every detail at their shop - it couldn’t be any more perfect if they tried. Definitely get a sweatshirt while you are there too, they are so cute and comfy. They always have oat milk too, which is a huge plus ?
I get to Reno once a week. Hand Craft exhibits an unbelievably amazing coffee. I always get an almond milk latte which is outstandingly perfect. Taking a regular coffee to a friend, he was very impressed also.Miss Marissa and the staff do exceptional work, always a magnificent treat!
First time here. Had a delicious chai tea with almond milk and a snack while I read a book. Loved the music and clean and serene atmosphere.
VERY good coffee. Taste is Comparable with the human bean, but definitely better than Starbucks.They close at 5pm, so if I’m in Reno before they close this will be my new go to place. I really enjoyed going to a coffee place I could get out of the car and walk into.Excellent customer service! My wife and I showed up well after closing. The owner herself met us at the door with a very welcoming and pleasant attitude, invited us in and made us a couple cups of VERY good coffee. I’ll always choose customer service over a drive through.To the owner: I had just been released from the hospital after surgery and had the worst coffee craving ever. You opened your doors to us and made it so I didn’t have to drive all over Reno trying to find a good coffee place. I asked for anything caramel, and you provided me with the best coffee. Thank you so very much.
The coffee is amazing and the vibes are on point. Customer service is impeccable, always feel welcome ☺️Not only do they have perfect coffee beverages, I love the matcha and chai as well. Their range of drinks are perfect for any time of year too (hot all the way to blended frozen bevs). Don’t even get me started on their merch and outside patio area.Will be a regular, for sure! ✨
