A Reno classic. The food is delish and always fresh. Never had bad service in the last ~6 years of coming here, contrary to several other reviews. Sure they don't check up on you in the middle of your meal but that's a plus in my book. They're certainly never rude and don't owe you much more than that. Get over yourself and enjoy the food.

Terrible service, had to seat ourselves, ordered immediately but waited close to 30 min for food which was great, but could have had food that was ready sent out first since one order we received was cold. Talked to management about food and was completely dismissed. Would DEFINITELY recommend not dining in.

I absolutely love Golden Flower! There are so many options and the food is always so tasty. The staff are friendly and offer great service. I have been eating here for years and love the whole experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices have gone up a little but its well worth it for the yummy food and drinks that they provide.

I Just Got Orange Chicken Wasn't That Bad Food Was Ok.

Poor service. I was asked what I wanted to order before I even sat down. I told them I am not from here so let me see the menu first. When I wanted to order another item, I was told I have enough. I guess that was due to my size. She also slammed my to go containers on the table. The server also stood over me when she gave me my bill to make sure I paid. Definitely won't be back!

Excellent food and various selections!Great fast service. I suggest their hot soups on a cold day! Truly enjoyed the Clay pot catfish, it has bones but the flavor is amazing!

This it the best PHO in town! Forget the 3 star review. Almost every time I come here it's PACKED! For good reason! Get a large #8 ! And see why it's the best.

So nice to have a bowl of good pho!Broth was perfect, large size and plenty of meats. So comforting coming here for a quick meal!

Used to be our favorite pho spot in Reno. It's been years and we dined here again 12/31/2021 and the experience was so different. Spring roll was dry and the noodle dry as well. Pho broth was similar to instant pho powder and wife's vegetarian pho had only 2 pieces of tofu. Paid around $50+ for a simple dinner and it was just terrible. Sad to write this review as we loved this place for 7+ years. I'm guessing their chef moved on due to covid like so many other chefs? Don't know.

You really cant beat fresh hot pho on a cold windy day. I always love stopping by here when coming through reno. Flavors are so fresh, prices are great and everything comes so quick. Very traditional style. No wonder its always so busy. Never change <3 Thank you!
