Stopped in for drinks and appetizers on Saturday night. We sat outside on the patio, which is surrounded by trees, giving some privacy from the street and enhancing the atmosphere. The servers were both very friendly and attentive. We had some wine and ordered the steamers and the tuna tartare. The tuna tartare was delicious, fresh ingredients and a beautiful presentation. The steamers left something to be desired, but everything else was fantastic and well deserving of 5 stars!
A great local hang out with an amazing seafood and oyster menu. With tradition and fusion items on the menu from up and down the coast from Boston Clam Chowder with plenty of clams in each spoonful to tuna Tar Tar to an Shrimp or Oyster Po'boy. There is plenty to choose from. Friendly bar tenders and wait staff and the owners/chef come out to chat and check how your meal is going. The oyster po'boy is a staple for me. But I also recommend the Tuna Tar Tar as well. Drop by for the daily specials as well, and the pan roast and cioppino on the weekends. I promise there is nothing like this in Midtown or Reno.
My husband and I had the BEST dinner tonight at Finbar. The food was delicious, the staff was so kind and friendly, and we enjoyed the music they were playing. 10/10 recommend.

Arrived for reservation and Finbar was closed - locked up, no note on door. To their credit - Finbar had called and left a message on my mobile. Unfortunately, ATT did not deliver the VM until this morning. Hopefully they can overcome the staffing issue and we’ll give them another try.
The two people that work there are very nice. the food in my opinion isn't that very good.
