I had Fat Tuesday for the first time during a con in June, I tried cat 5 hurricane and the bomb. Staff was amazing and I can't wait get drinks from them again!

Went there during listed business hours, they were closed an hour early. Looked like it had been closed for a while. Why have listed hours if they're not being followed?
Love this place and have to hit it every time I come. But why the hell did I come on a Tuesday and they were closed?
Best frozen drinks in town hands down. You can get a variety of choices and choice of extra shots. They taste well made . I've tried other places and those do not compare. The others taste like sugar water. Fat Tuesday taste like actual alcoholic drinks. Very tasty.
Was entertaining family from out of town and wound up finding this gem! I had the Fruit Basket and it did not disappoint. Also had The Bomb which was just that. Really nice service as well.
The drink was awesome but the service was the worst I ever received in a casino. I was shamed for asking to use my casino comps to pay for the drink. Philip said I couldn't when I had done it the month before. I was with people and it was humiliating. Eventually, he did use my comps but never apologized for embarrassing me. I'm black so maybe it was a race thing. I really have no clue but I'm going to contact management and the director of player development. I even tipped him because that's the type of person I am but i visit GSR frequently and this experience has soured me.
Very bad service lady completely ignored us when we were next in line asking an individual that was just seating there for no apparent reason didn't buy anything just seating there what kind of service is that wish there was 0 stars
