I am waiting for more than a hour and they have empty tables. I asked and they tell me is part of the waiting. I am really mad with this bad service. The employees don’t have empathy with the costumers.
If you are not in a booth,they have the most uncomfortable chairs of any restaurant we have been to in the US. Food was average and overpriced. Service was exceptional.
Food wise it was alright, honestly nothing special. I've had better bbq. The customer service however was great, our server was very friendly and attentive. Ambience was also pretty nice inside the restaurant.
Solid 3.5 on the food and 5 for our waitress. Our waitress was amazing. We are in town for basketball and I wanted some bbq. The food was pretty average, nothing was WOW. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t amazing. I loved the fries. Brisket was super fatty. I wanted to fall in love but it just wasn’t amazing. Definitely worth it if you so happy hour. I would come again if I was in Reno and wanted BBQ. I really wanted the Mac n cheese but I’m super picky and theirs had corn and jalapeños in it. The corn was super random, jalapeños I could have dealt with. Anywho, I’m sure most people would like their food.

If you swipe through the reviews that I post, you will find that I enjoy experiencing a myriad of food selections from all over Reno and from various ethnic cuisines. Despite my love for ALL things pertaining to FOOD, at heart, I am a Southern Gentleman (New Orleans born and raised) so I never pass up an opportunity to try something which reminds me of my Southern roots.I have had the opportunity to sample a FEW BBQ joints around Reno since relocating here (my 1 year anniversary was March 31, 2022 ?) and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by my findings... But! Imagine, if you will, my shock and amazement to find out that one of my absolute long time FAVORITE barbecue sauces actually has a full blown brick and mortar here in my newfound home! For YEARS I have not only enjoyed the savory selections of sauces Famous Dave's has concocted, but I have always found it both hilarious and a testament to how serious one has to be about their BBQ standing above the rest to have the consumed product of said brand have an ACTUAL pig as its Chef /Pitmaster/mascot on the logo AND have that ? ? ? a ? ????. GENIUS!!!!The GOOD: the staff (though short-staffed for obvious reasons) was amazing, Very, VERY professional, attentive, friendly and welcoming (in spite of some grumbling from a couple patrons). The decor and theme of the setting set the tone and vibe which was relaxed and casual. The sauces... FILL ME UP SHOT GLASSES and keep em coming!!!!The BAD (in my humble opinion): the food arrived and though visually pleasing it was, however, very luke warm. The ribs were a bit tough and almost seemed microwaved, and the rib tips were also a bit rough to really enjoy them, unfortunately.A bit deflated (because I hyped MYSELF up because of that doggone ??? a ?) I finished off as much as my meal as was respectful and took my leave. From the other reviews I read prior to heading in myself, I suspect it was just a bad day, but I am just sharing my own experiences and what was reflected during this particular visit. I'm no food expert but I do eat at a LOT of places and I will probably try here again in the future.✌?

We found the staff very friendly and tentative, they were prompt with service. The overall food quality was very good, however we ordered the "All American Feast" and thought the Louisiana Style ribs could have been slow cooked a bit longer to soften the meat more but everything else was delicious. Of course we over estimated the size of the feast and struggled to eat it all but it was definitely good value and will feed a group of 4 hungry people no worries.
What a fun place to dine on Bbq specialties. Brisket and chicken I had was soft and juicy. Table side bbq sauces to add zing to your bites.
