It’s always a pleasant surprise to find a hidden gem! Had an excellent experience today from the Escape Lounge in the Reno-Tahoe airport and a special shout out to Jonathan and Stephanie who made the experience even better… The food selection was awesome but their service went above and beyond. Jonathan checked on us frequently, even pulling a specialty cocktail and Stephanie had great martini skills… Great job to everyone involved!!!
Nice respite from the main airport area with options for food and beverage as well as comfy seating and ample charging outlets.
First visit to this lounge with my wife. Hope and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and just right for what we needed. The complimentary selection of drinks were well appointed, but an old fashioned made by hope with a high rye was phenomenal. Unfortunately the lounge may be closed before a lot of our flights from the city, nevertheless we're looking forward to returning as often as we can to such a pleasant experience.
I visit the Escape Lounge every 2 weeks when I fly in for business in Carson City. Angela & Debi are usually on when I wait for my flight. Angela is always so pleasant and professional, as is Debi! Angela always has a smile and makes sure your happy and comfortable! I look forward to meeting these ladies in 2 weeks!
This is a small lounge with limited seating and limited food selection, but still nice to have a lounge at Reno-Tahoe. Staff was super nice, especially Angela. I asked what was in the small sandwiches and when she heard I did not eat one of the ingredients, she made a couple sandwiches without just for me. I really appreciated that, thanks Angela!
Excellent small lounge between the two concourses. It's small, but usually not crowded.Service is fantastic and food is good, with small portions available including fresh fruit and a dessert.Several draft beers and maybe craft cans, as well as good variety of liquor and wine.
Great escape, Angela should have a raise she provided great service with amazing drinks as well as food.
Very small and intimate. Still had a bar and a few varieties of snacks and hot foods. Staff was very nice and friendly. Masks while walking around and while seated and not eating. Got in early at 0445a, but I could see it reaching max capacity with COVID restrictions in no time.
This lounge was a lifesaver for me. With a 6 hour layover, I found myself at the Escape Lounge. Debbie and Angela (the saints they are) took care of me the entire time; making sure I was fed and entertained. Felt like I was at home. These fine ladies went above and beyond the call of their jobs. Dare I say, this made traveling almost enjoyable.
Angela and the crew were great. they kept me entertained for 8 hrs while I waited for my bros to show up on a later flight. great hosts very friendly. would recommend to anyone that needs to wait a longer period of time at the airport in reno. awesome guys!
