Chicken was dry and the service was slow and unfriendly. I used to love this place but this experience made me look into alternatives.
Went through the drive thru. They were pretty busy but the line went quick. We had to add on to our order at the window. Usually the employees get rude but here they remained very nice and professional. The food was hot and fresh.
Best chicken place, it is really delicious. Every pollo loco I go to is the same great chicken, it simply delicioso... love it sooo much
Always a pleasure i eat here at least twice a week. Its affordable and delicious. I also feel better about eating el pollo than most other fast food personally. ??

Always a better experience when you pick up the food yourself. Had bad experiences with online delivery. But anytime I pick up or dine in I'm satisfied! One of the managers does have a very unhelpful attitude though.
Always a good experience at this location and we have been going here for years. The parking lot is a bit of a tight squeeze and the dining room isn't the biggest. However the customer services and food are always accurate. The holiday tamales should be aeound for a little longer you should probably try them they're actually pretty good.
The drive thru employees are always rude. Everytime time they are. I went last night got double chicken tostada bowl and that is never consistent with double chicken. Asked for no beans they repeated it at the box it's on the screen is all over the place. Everytime they always put beans and are always rude about it. I went back got a replacement spoke to the manager on duty. She was also very rude and disrespectful and just like okay bye didn't care. The girl at the drivethru handing out the food last night was rude for no reason like it was my fault she is working there. Nothing but attitude for no reason. I would not recommend this one to anyone. I'd rather start being late on my lunch and drive that extra to go to the one on Virginia by target
I regularly order the pollo bowl combo and the chicken tacos combo. The last few visits I didn’t receive what I ordered in the pollo bowl combo and the food was barely warm. Also, somehow I paid $14+ for 2 $5 pollo bowl combos. I was also displeased with the customer service provided after addressing the total being more than usual for the same order I always purchase. El pollo loco has some room for improvement. Food should be served hot and fresh and employees should have better customer service skills.
