I went to Dutch Bros in south Reno and thoroughly enjoyed it! Aires and Sydney are amazing Baristas! Fast and great customer service. This is now my favorite Coffee shop!
I'm not gonna lie they're better than Starbucks I said it *drops mix* ? the staff here is super polite it was my first time here and they were very nice and helpful and the coffee oh my gawd *chef's kiss*

Good coffee... lots of flavors to choose from. Pretty high prices for a cup of coffee if you ask Me. But service was fast and friendly.
Very nice employees surpringly everytime. I go with my dog and it's her favorite place. Always gets a pupper-ccino. For fun/original caffeinated/delicious beverages, this is the place.

First time going on 5/1/2022 line was extremely long but moved okay. There was a young man who took my order but it was very uncomfortable. No menu was posted so I didnt know what they offered for drinks, this guy leaned into my car hanging out and kept whipping his nose and touching my car. Asked me too many question about me, where I lived, what I was doing. Then when I paid he asked me if I wanted my change? I said yes I do. He asked do you want the bills or change back. I said all of it please.
I love every DB I've ever visited. The sweet high energy of the young employees is fun and I drive away with a much superior cuppa than St••b••ks and a smile on my face.
Haven't usually had any problems at this location, however today the staff was less than pleasant. The order itself was no only wrong but when I asked about it the batista had a lot of attitude.
