It seems that no matter which Dutch Bros I go to the staff are awesome and the coffee is great. A very good combination. I am a little preferential to the shops off of south Virginia st. However, I have been to them all. Bonus they have a military discount. If you can't tell I don't go anywhere else for coffee in Reno.
This place is usually packed. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive thru. I love the blended rebels. The baristas are very friendly but can be annoying at times with how talkative they are.
How do you screw up iced coffee? All you need to do is take coffee, add milk and pour over ice; how is that difficult?
Good drinks, they move peoplle through pretty fast. But specifically this Dutch Brothers and the one further down on South Virginia love to ask questions. I always feel like I'm in a 60 minutes interview every time I just want a coffee. What are you doing today? Where do you work? How do you like your job? What do you do at your job? What are you eating for lunch? What hours do you work?I know they are are just trying to be friendly, but I just want a coffee and a smile and I will give you tip. ;)I will say this... my order is always correct. They do listen to you when you're ordering. And that is a rarity in this day and age. So good on you guys for that.
First time at Dutch Bros and they offer sugar free options which is great. I got a cocomo and mango smoothie and both were great. Coffee tasted really good.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The line here is always a nightmare! Today was the last straw. We were yelled at by one of the girls that works there that we weren’t allowed to be in line… so we were trying to get out of line which meant pulling out in to traffic. As we were trying to pull out we we’re almost sideswiped half a dozen times. I told her we were going to get hit, she threw up her arms and said “I’m sorry, it’s not my problem “ she should be fired at the very least. I’ll never be back
I like it here. I had to stop going to Starbucks cause they're prices are getting higher. Dutch bros has good prices and they still offer all the different milks and what not. They energy drinks here are pretty good too. The customer service was perfect.
Today I ordered a large hazelnut brave iced coffee . They offered me soft top . This is the first time I tried soft top. They have other toppings. But this is my new favorite. I love it!
How many reviews have to be left, or phone calls made to corporate, addressing the issue of the dangerous lines of cars that block crosswalks and impede traffic, before something is done?You put out your little signs that say no waiting and do not block crosswalk and then your employees walk right up to the cars doing that very thing and take their order instead of making them move.I guess the almighty $Dollar$ is more important to Dutch Bros, then the safety of the citizens walking or driving by their location.
First time being to a Dutch Bros. I'm a Starbucks girl, but after the Chai tea and Kicker iced coffee, I'm hooked. Wish I would have read the reviews regarding the drive thru first. This is definitely a sketchy situation with cars hanging out into the main road. Well worth the wait though as they take your order outside while you're waiting in line and have runners bringing it out to your car. Great customer service too!
