For the third time in a week went in to get hot breakfast and same excuse ovens are not on yet! Do not recommend to anyone. Who ever the owner is needs to figure it out.
Somehow they burnt a croissant and also give you hash browns that fill 1/4 of the bag they come in. When I asked why so few and that it is literally not matching what they advertise on their menu they told me "those are bacon" ....

Easy online order and pick up. Some Unfriendly staff.
Newer location, everything seems clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful!! (Storm and Victoria) And of course, yummy doughnuts!
Says their open til 9 but your lucky to show up and then still be open by 8:30. Some of the staff has an attitude and the others just don’t care. Prices are ridiculous compared to Starbucks or even Dutch. I’m from New Jersey and the dunkin donuts here don’t even compare. I don’t see this staying open long
Disinterested staff, does not wash hands or change glove when going between register and serving out donuts, does not participate in app scan promotions if you try to pay at the location (but you can still get the promotion if you order via the app), and higher beverage prices than Starbucks. Poor selection of items.These Dunkin locations in Reno and Sparks (and the one that already went out of business in Carson City) are absolutely terrible representations of the Dunkin brand. Nothing like Dunkin back east in quality or selection of items.
