We make special trips to Reno when we want donuts. That may be an indicator of the quality and freshness of the Donuts. Ask for a Bacon Maple log. You won't regret it as they make the bacon right then and hand it over to you. You won't see it in the case. I will not even go into the divine apple fritters. You need a good cup of coffee a fritter and a place to take a siesta once you are done. It is just that hard to just take a little bite. Almost forgot the prices are really good. The lady that sold us the dozen Donuts was so nice and friendly! The Doughboy's donuts place really fresh and clean too!
They run out of angel cream by 9 am and don't make more. Also last 2 times there was hardly any filling in it. Almost zero, only showing a tiny bit. The quality has gone down and also the customer service. I don't reccomend anymore

Smells like rancid old grease inside. Donuts look beautiful and I was excited until I bit and tasted old rancid grease. So disappointed.
I really like apple fritters with chunks of apples in them. Theirs looked good but there were no apple chunks. It was more like eating a fried dough with sugar glaze. We like their chocolate filled croissants but they out of them on mother's day. Instead of the croissants we had chocolate devils food. Another disappointment being dry and very thin with the frosting.
Donuts are good but they always seem to run out breakfast items everytime we go. Several times ordered breakfast to go and they didn't even heat the items we got was cold. They have very rude employees and several times drive thru lady was flat out rude when asking politely if we can have breakfast croissant she flat out cut me off and said "NOO!!!!" They still have not fixed their speakers since they can never understand what you order its very frustrating. They obviously hate their jobs there this place should just close if that's the case. Good donuts...very rude and disrepectful staff every time we go.
The donuts are decent, but the 2 young guys working the counter were very rude. I assume this place must really suck to work at because they appear to hate their job to an extreme degree, and have turned that frustration into animosity toward the customer. I ignored it got my donuts and left, but in the future I will go elsewhere for donuts.
Best donuts in town. The staff is friendly and fast... takes about 5 minutes to get a few dozen....
