Called in to order some food and the girl said it was a 3 hour wait. Ordered through the app and food was at my door in 45 min. Workers obviously trying to avoid doing their job
I have enjoyed Domino's since 1980, when I was stationed at Lowry AFB, Denver, Colorado.But I'm here to praise the crew at Domino's on Stead Blvd in Reno, Nevada, 89506.I've been ordering pizza using the Domino's app. for delivery because I can't get enough, and they feed me as quicker than ever. The place has some real talent working there. Outstanding Customer Service is unusual nowadays, but the entire staff needs to be praised for serving great pizza, always!Thank you so much, to everyone there! Good Job!
Its a Tuesday night. I order at 6:15. Pick up time said 7:06.Its 7:05 and they havent even started my order.No courtesy call or update in the app to say they are behind.They tell me it will be another hour....Customer service has gone down hill tremendously lately.
Told me 45 minutes and my order for delivery and was still in prep 40 minutes later now I see why you are so low rated and talked about at least in sparks and Reno they take care of there peopleFYI if you are busy use a realistic time not one you hope to hit

Very nice employees, always get my order correct and delivery never take longer than 40 mins . Hands down love this dominos on stead blvd Reno nv 89506 .
We’ve tried, seems like every pizza place in town for take home or delivery pizza but none tops Domino’s!! I didn’t believe it at first either but it’s true, reheats Very well, delivery was on time a it’s tasted great every time we’ve ordered it!!
My order was placed and accapted at 1:01pm It is curently 2:22 and my food is still nowhere in sight. When I checked out it said my food would arrive in 25 minutes. I don't find this to be good customer service at all.
No sausage on my pizza. $3 tip for carryout is a scam. Tried 3 different times and 3 different coupon codes. Manager was a punk
They would not let me make an order of 78$ because I was paying in cash. They said they can only take cash orders under 50$. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and that was news to me
