Fine food, good prices and delivery time. Solid location as far as Domino's.
This store is awful! After giving them more than enough chances, I’m done. I ordered on the app for delivery and it said it would be about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes and no pizza, I checked the app to see if my pizza had even left yet. It showed that it was still being prepped. I continued to wait another hour because I understand being busy and I figured an hour and a half was plenty of time. Checked the app again and still showed my pizza was being prepped. So, I called the store and she immediately answers and says that they are doing take-out only. I asked her why the app let me order delivery then and she said “oh we do have one driver but he’s extremely backed up”. Ok, so is my order out for delivery? No! It was STILL being prepped!!! And she told me it’d be ANOTHER 90 minutes. Absolutely absurd and I’m totally done with this horribly ran store.
The pizza is always good, but im getting really tired of the order consistently not being ready until well after the timeframe provided on the app when ordering.
Ordered at 7.18 pm, lukewarm, tired pizza arrived at 8.56 pm. Very disappointing, and not the first time it's taken over an hour for delivery
I placed an order to delivery on the website and then called to push back the order. The person who picked up was very short and told me they didn't even have a delivery driver. So, I called back 5 mintues later, deciding to cancel to order. I HAD TO CALL 14x for them to pick up again and they hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I was very disappointed and won't be ordering from this Dominoes any time soon. Their customer service is downright disappointing.
I had a problem but Britany did a great job making it right. I had never had a problem at this location and I am very satisfied that it has been resolved. Before writing about how well it was resolved, I was irritated and wrote a negative review and only gave one star. I have removed the review and change the stars back to four.
The recent pizza order I placed was not good food. I ate 2 slices and my stomach is very upset. I have to throw the pizza. Something was not not right in the pizza. Also I have only veggies added on my order but there was ham pieces in my pizza. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this outlet and also remembered the white lady who served me that food. Really don’t expect this kind of service from Domino’s. I have been a member since long but never had such experience. Hope my reviews are take into account and appropriate corrections are taken. Don’t want this to happen to any other customer.
Order 2 sandwiches, chicken bacon ranch and philly cheese steak. What a disappointment. We got bread sandwiches, hardly no meat or anything that goes on the sandwiches. Asked about the $3 tip promotion they have and the manager said he didnt know nothing about it. Really !!! We have ordered 2 times there and both time they failed. I would have called and talk to the manager about the food. Since his remarks about the promotion I figure nothing would be done. So I decided to post here with my review.
Would love to get domino's pizza. But they are never delivering. Between me and my roommates we tried many times. Delivery is never available so we order elsewhere. I would do carryout if there was a huge discount for the inconvenience
Man this pizza was soo greasy. I could of had a oil change on my car with all tha grease. What's worse is that it was thin crust and it was so thick full of grease made me sick?.now my stomach is hurting bad. So bad i had to goto the ER..
