Go in to the place every so often. Started to notice I would wait a while for my food and the restaurant wouldn’t be busy. (Maybe 10 people) then I started to notice people were ordering way after me and getting there food before me. What happens is, the cook will prioritize tacos, so if you order those, your food comes out quick. If not you’ll watch people get there food in 15 min while you wait 1 hour +So I go there for my b-day last week and I counted 7 people that got there food before me, after 55 minutes of waiting. I asked “how much longer” they replied “we ran out of steak, would you like to switch your meat?” I asked for a refund and left.They said it would be a few days to refund me. It’s been 3 and still nothing from them. PLEASE SEND ME MY REFUND, my food never came out.
Came & ate lunch with my family here. I had the birria tacos combo, and they were fire ! Everything was so good, the staff was super friendly & even the owner (I think it was him) was super nice. I love the art on the walls & the food was really great, will definitely recommend 10/10 to all my friends.
Very disappointed ? I ordered tacos and a birria borrito, both items were barely eatable. Meat portions were really small. The borrito was literally loaded with rice and cheese and a LITTLE BIT OF MEAT, which tasted nothing like birria.In general, the food was not worth it.
The birria tacos are excellent. Love the dipped tortillas and you get a lot of food with the El Compadre combo. The Horchata tastes great too....one of the best I've ever had. Very authentic and family owned. Will be back!
A cashier at a local store recommended this place for it's birria tacos. They hit the spot and we're exactly what I was looking for. The salsa was very good as well, the typical litmus test to see if the place will be delicious.
Worst food ever! They don’t even put everything posted on their menu inside the burritos. I got no lettuce, guacamole, or sour cream in mine. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! And who think me the can charge $3.50 for street tacos?? Taqueria Mendoza blows this place out of the water! AGAIN DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY HERE.
10/10 would recommend, food is great and the workers seem like very authentic people! Wait can be pretty long but totally worth it.

Food was amazing. Birria tacos were so delish and not greasy at all. Service was a bit slow but the manager made up for it. I would suggest ordering about 40-60 min earlier than you want to eat on a weekend. I will definitely be returning.
Not only did they give our order to the wrong dasher they didn’t verify it was the correct dasher and when I called to ask they told me that they have no idea what happened to my food and was extremely unprofessional…the unfortunate thing is I really like the food but the customer service was horrible!!! Will not be returning
