Pizza is not that great. I ordered the tandoori chicken pizza, cuz I wanted to try something different. The chicken pieces are mechanically produced, rectangular shaped, and all the same size. I didn’t feel that the flavors were there either. I’ve eaten tandoori style chicken and good Indian restaurants. Yes, it was twisted! I ordered the thin crispy crust and it was unremarkable. The weird thing was when I asked for some cheese and pepper packets the guy had to strain his neck to see that TV while he was reaching for the packets so he didn’t have to miss part of the show. I won’t be coming back, there’s plenty of better pizza options in Reno.
4/9/2022 around 6:30pm. First time coming to this place and the experience for takeout was fine until I was about to leave. I went back to ask for a ranch and the kitchen employee gave me one. Apparently that was a big deal to the employee running the register. He felt the need to shout at me as I walking out “just so you know they are 75 cents a piece next time, have great day” in the most passive aggressive tone. Had I been asked to pay I would have, but the guy just gave it to me with no mention of price. It’s not like I went into their fridge, grabbed it and ran away. Tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was good but I think I’ll pass on this place.
They need work on their customer service. Young tall guy behind the counter is really really rude!!! I asked if they can add extra drizzle on the curry masala breadsticks (which I always get), he refused and gave our breadsticks with no drizzle or anything. It was so dry and not cooked well.He was constantly arguing about anything we asked for. Later when we called to talk to a manager, the same guy picked up the call and said “they don’t have a manager”. Horrible employees and worst customer service ever!!!!
They didn’t disappoint. The pizza was very good, light and well made. The 10 inch was filling but not greasy. I’m a tourist from the east coast and was looking for somewhere for lunch and this place filled a spot. The customer service was outstanding. If I were going to be in Reno longer, I’d eat here again.
Young guy behind counter was very argumentative when asked to check if one of their items had garlic in it as, my wife is highly allergic to garlic and was told by him that he was refusing us service because we were guestioning him about ingredients. We have been in this store many times and had no problems with this issue before. We will never return again as there many other restaurants that will honor our requests.
Really enjoyed the pizza here. Note, May want to skip the Monterella basil pizza cause it really wasn't all that. Service was great, restaurant was clean too!
Called for a delivery and we were told about 40 minutes. 2.5 hrs later they texted and said our pizza was ready for pickup... not delivery... so I refused to pick it up.we asked for a refund and only got the we run around and no refund was issued. The manager was pretty much incompetent and we will never call this place again.Horrible pizza chain.
We have ordered pizza from a few times. We were always happy with the pizza and the variety of options they had. The last time we ordered pizza online (2/13/2022) the pizza was not delivered. We contacted the restaurant and they said their online orders were not working. The employee argued with us about it and would not make us the pizza we ordered. Three days later we have tried to speak with a manager, went by the restaurant and have tried multiple ways to either get our money back or at least get the pizzas we paid for. So far the company has not even attempted to resolve this issue. I have now had to file a dispute with my bank over the charge. In an attempt to contact corporate we went to their website and called the number we found. The person who answered the phone sounded like we had woke them up and then they hung up on us when we asked if it was the corporate office of Chicago's Pizza.Very disappointed as we loved their pizzas.
First I must say that I am more perturbed at myself than anything else. I saw the name "Chicago's Pizza with a twist" and immediately thought of Chicago style, deep dish pizza. I looked at the pictures and menus online and still convinced myself that this could be a Chicago style pizza parlor. Well NO SUCH LUCK. This ain't it. Look at the accompanying pictures and note that the crust is barely beyond a normal national chain crust. The pizza itself was not bad, just not what I was expecting. The seemed like it was popular as it had a few customers and take outs. I personally won't be back because I can get normal pizza anywhere. Chicago style, deep dish pizza is hard to find. In this area.
First time here, ordered to go, a family size combo pizza with mango habanero wings. For my employees, they all loved it immensely. Great crust and good quality meats and veggies. Staff was very nice, Efficient and accommodating. I’ll be back Thank you.
