So I go here alot. I don't live in reno. Everything is usually sooooo good. TODAY, NOT SO MUCH. My Philly cheese steak sandwich was nasty. It tasted like they left the meat on the grill too long and sold it anyway. I was so hungry , I didn't go back, just ate a few bites to survive. I always tell my friends to go here and was just disappointed today. Oh well....itsme itsme
I thought this place was so good. I wish I lived in Reno just so I can try all of their different sandwiches. I got the cheese steak sandwich and it has onions, peppers, mushrooms, melted cheese and a spicy chile, but I'm not sure which. The bread and steak were so tasty. We were the only ones in there at first, but then it got real busy around 11. If you are ever in this area, definitely give them a try.
Ordered two sandwiches. The first was a Philly cheese steak. The meat was tough and felt old. They put mayo on my sandwich which wasn't ordered. Disgusting. The second was a Bobby. The turkey smelt bad.. My wife refused to eat it. Straigjt to the trash can with both of them. Thank goodness we're already at a hospital just in case.
These sandwiches taste exactly like what you buy at Walmart ! There pastrami sandwich has nothing their turkey sandwich has little to no turkey .I have tried alot of their food and would rather go to subway it's cheaper and you get your money worth
I got the Bobbie sandwich and was delicious! Parking was the only negative thing, but it was busy when I was there.
Fast and friendly staff. Double check the orders they are making. And properly held and prepared foods. No complaints from this critic. (This time)

I just ate their wagu cheese steak sandwich best best sandwich I have ever eaten I will definitely be eating this again a little expensive but worth it

Horrible, too salty, dirty store, trash everywhere. ordered the wagyu cheese steak... so salty couldn't finish it. Horrible... waste of time and money
