I've lived in the area my whole life and I have seen this BK go on a downward spiral for the past couple years. This experience was awful. My boyfriend and I placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. I pulled up to the speaker and told the woman I had a mobile order. She was extremely rude on the speaker and also when we got to the window. They were all extremely disorganized and then they were trying to find our order in a literal MOUNTAIN of receipts. She then walks back over and says there isn't an order under our name. I showed her the proof on my phone and she still said "sorry you're gonna have to just cancel and reorder". My boyfriend and I told her we wouldn't be reordering because this is just ridiculous. It's not the first time this has happened at this location. I'll never be going back which is such a huge disappointment.
Guy working the window at 9:50 on July 29 was very rude. I get you probably are excited to go home but I'm waiting 20 minutes in this line to get some food. No reason to add being rude to that. I'll go somewhere else.
I always have a good experience here. The food always tastes fresh and the employees are nice and respectful. You have to expect longer wait times when you go during dinner time but thats anywhere.
I drive across town for this Burger King. The service was fast and friendly and the food looked like a television advertisement. I will be back!
I CLEARLY SAW TODAY AT 11:04A.M. FOOD EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING GLOVES TOUCHING EVERYTHING THEY WERE PREPARING ?
A lady that was working at the window for this location on February 19th around 6:00 pm was highly disrespectful. She misheard my order and instead of asking me to repeat what i said, she yelled “what”. Obviously, i cancelled my order and left. I believe she needs to be retrained on how to use appropriate tone and language and this is me being nice.
Super rude. They act like you're an inconvenience to them and *really* don't want you to order more than one item. Masks are no where to be found. I honestly left feeling guilty that I had wasted their time asking them to make food in exchange for money.
COVID infection is at an all-time high here, and workers refuse to wear masks because "we're all vaccinated."That's not the point, following state guidelines and making sure your customers don't get infected by your shoddy health practices should be your highest priority.Won't be going back to this dirty, nasty disease spreading facility.
Restaurant closed while in drive through to order. My wife was in line and pulled up to the drive through speaker to place an order when they informed her they were now closed. There were cars in front of her and behind leaving her no way to leave the line in which she had to sit for 10-minutes unable to place a food order. Why not close off the drive through with cones like other fast food restaurants do preventing people from pulling up to order when there are no other indications that they are closing. What kind of business shuts down while customers are still waiting in the drive through line without any kind of notification that the restaurant is closing?!?! I called the restaurant while my wife was in the drive through line waiting to drive away without any food. A girl answered. I asked her why they were shutting down with customers waiting in the drive. She said they've been closing at 7:30pm for the past 3-months. I called at 7:32pm. The girl got rude and hung up on me. Is this how Burger King treats it's customers?!?!? Find a way to close off the drive through when you close! Pathetic customer service.
Second time I came on a weekend, closed‼️Had a $25 gift card, right in the trash, will NEVER visit or consume BK again ever.
