Went through the drive thru, ordered Whopper w/cheese no onion, repeated order 2 times, before she repeated it back to me correctly. I paid with debit card, I didn't get receipt. I get home, my Whopper has onions & no cheese(pretty sure I paid extra for cheese, but receipt.) I call number that is listed online, called 3 times before someone answered. When she answered, she didn't say place of business(Burger King,) just said "may I help you?" I asked if it was Burger King, she said, "no, this is McDonald's & hung up.) I checked online again for correct #, it was correct #. I called back 5 times & nobody answers the phone.
Don't come here. They will mess up your order and if you complain they offer u a refund and when u come in to the store no one on staff knows how to process it. I work close by so I will come everyday if I have to.
This is the most racist place I've been to. They are rude and just because I have a little bit of accent they told me that this is America and I need to learn the language. They have no right to treat me that way I am never going to this burger King again. I asked for the corporate number and they didn't want to give it to me. After about 10 Mims of arguing with them and them telling me yet again that I this is America. I am native American and irregardless they have no right to treat anyone that way. They really need to learn their own culture before they start speaking I'll of someone else all because I have an accent. I spoke to the manager on duty and this is what the manager told me.
They're always messing up orders, either by shorting you or serving "bottom of the basket" food. Burnt nuggets, cold fries and watered down drinks. If your order was shorted? they won't issue a refund or apologize, extremely poor customer service.
Half the menu board was missing. we told the cashier we where not ready to order when she asked half bothered; so she just stands there Staring until we order.Since we couldn't see half the menu board, we figured we order the classic burger king sandwich "The Whopper". But we left empty handed, they told us they didn't have the whopper. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE THE WHOPPER?
About the only chain type place where the portions have NOT shrunk in size or weight in the Reno,Sparks are. Prices did go up ,but our order was hot ,fast, and ALL there the FIRST time. Yeah.... I know INCONCEIVABLE.....
I get these coupons in the mail, two combos for two people is about 10 bucks. For the King is good food.
If I could give it negative 10 star rating I would but for the sake of this rating I have to give at least one star more than this particular Burger King on clear acre reserves. If you don't want good tasting fresh food and you don't mind being treated like a second class citizen this Burger King is for you. Employees inside act like it's a chore to help customers customer service is lacking you ask a question they walk away and ignore you or get somebody else to answer your question. The shake was watery The Walker wasn't fresh the fries tasted like they've been sitting there for three or four hours under the heat lamp very soggy unfortunately this particular location used to be a great location location. I get better customer service treatment and a homeless shelter than this place I can see why people go to places such as for example in and out burger cuz you know you're going to get service with a smile he greet it in a professional manner and your food's always going to be fresh unfortunately places like this people go to because it's probably the closest nearest option.used to be one of the few Burger Kings that actually stayed open later while the rest of the Burger Kings and Renaissance Sparks area closed just whenever they felt like without notifying the
Ordered some food and the chicken sandwich was dripping grease. Bun was useless and discussing as it had soaked a lot of grease up.
Got the same thing I always get, and it was the same as it always is. Good. For the most part it's either Burger King or Wendy's for me. I find they are much better than McDonald's, Arby's, Taco Bell, and others. If it wasn't fast food I'd give them more than three star. No fast food is more than a three star, but most of them are one or less
