Absolutely filthy place. The smoking side hasn't been updated in YEARS it appears. Went in 4 weeks ago to have a couple beers and play some pool. Went back yesterday and chalk that was on the carpet 4 weeks ago was STILL there. The bar is falling apart, the gaming is SUPER tight, and the area hasn't been truly cleaned in years. I have been going to other Bully's locations for a long time but this is likely the last we will stop by the Galena location.The bartenders are great for the most part. Friendly and quick with drinks and food. The food is far too overpriced for the quality and what you get. For some reason every time I order the same thing it comes out differently? I'm done ordering food here for the cost/quality- Flowing Tide it is.Advice for management: CLEAN. It's appalling that the same spills and crumbs on the floor are still there after over a MONTH. The bar is generally empty- your staff has more than enough time to spruce that place up. It makes me question what the kitchen looks like- gross. Wish there was a Flowing Tide here instead- they seem to care about investing in their locations quite a bit more than can be said about this Bully's.**Edit** Forgot to add- one of the last times I was there staff overserved a woman to the point where she passed out on the gross couches for a few hours.
Received this. I have no words for how horrible this was. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but clearly didn’t get what I paid for. Said the best they could do was 10% off my next order. I and my family love coming here at least once a week, but sadly as of now we will not be back. Server’s name was Vanessa and didn’t once treat us kindly, and when I called to see if they could make the pizza I paid for, she was very rude and hung up on me. My whole family heard how rude she was on speaker, all we wanted was a pepperoni pizza.Update. Still have yet to receive a refund or what I ordered. They stole my money and won’t help. 10 percent on a future order is insane for missing the correct pizza on a $70 order.
If I had another sports bar near me, I'd go there.Update 3/1: Good luck if you want a beer that they only pour on the smoking side, it's frequently inoperable. It seems they band-aid the chilling system rather than repair or replace correctly, and when a beer sells well they won't move it back to the family side of the restaurant. SMH
Terrible service...who wants to go to a place and wait 30 minutes between getting a drink and seeing your server. Two strikes your out Bullys...we won't be back!
Great food, watched the football game, and the dog racing, and a cooking competition all in the same night now that’s pretty cool, they have sports playing on all the different tvs they have set up, nice big tables, great beer selection and fantastic food how does it get any better?

Waitresses are incredible. Jillian is a sweetheart. Food is good. Not the same as it was in the early 2000's bullys. Still good.

Terrible service, our waitress never came, the hostess had to be flagged down 20 minutes later to take our order. Order came out wrong. Waited another 20 minutes for a check……I’ll never come back to this location. I’d rather drive to another than get this kind of service again.
