Never seen them open, not even once
Maintains a nice aesthetic given the environment of the mall. The menu has great variety and they seem to use quality ingredients. We got the special which was a tiger boba and it tasted creamy and delicious. We also got one of the brownies which they said was homemade; flavor was excellent. Friendly service and seems to be a family business. I would definitely visit again.
Best part of this coffee counter is that ot is not over priced and no long lines.
Heck no. I just ordered a MEDIUM mocha frappuccino with an added shot, almond milk, extra caramel drizzle, and whip cream and my total was $11.50. I was trying to patronize the local coffee shops instead of giving Starbucks my cash. This is highway robbery and I will not be back. She said all of my extra condiments were the reason for the astronomical cost. Edit: The drink was excellent but only worth half of what I paid.
I ordered a Vanilla latte, a sandwich and a brownie. I was helped and served all within 5 minutes! Very sweet lady and this was all during the chaos of Black Friday so excellent service!

very slow service , very very slow. halo halo is okay with lots of good stuff but extremely sweet. very friendly people.
Love this place but it is very sad that I can know how to make the drinkd better than the employesemployeds
Quick service. One recommendation... replace your Bunn coffee maker. Most cups I’ve gotten have been like warm instead of hot.
Next time you screw up an order, don't upsell me while trying to fix your mistake. Also, having soft spoken clerks in a loud mall, maybe not the best idea.
