Incapable of filling orders for curbside pickupWe ordered two full racks of Baby Back Ribs for curbside delivery. We scheduled pick up to be 40 minutes after placing the order. As we were arriving to pick up our order, we received a phone call from an unidentified caller. It is our practice to ignore calls from identified callers. After parking curbside to the restaurant, we called to say we were ready to receive our order. The person answering said "SORRY", we ran out of ribs!!! We talked to the manager who claimed they tried to call us 20 minutes earlier. This was a lie. My phone records all incoming calls, answered or not. Not a trace of any calls. The manager offered to sell us alternatives. We said, no. The ribs were for a special birthday dinner. The Manager did NOT offered to compensate us for their failure to provide our dinners. It appears one should not count on BJ's Reno to actually provide food ordered for pick up. They are incapable to notify customers in a timely mannerAfter posting this review on Yelp, BJ's sent a response apologizingfor the slow delivery of our dinner. Well, it is now three days, and we have yet to received our dinners!!!. Bottom line, BJ's is positioning itself to go out of business. Don't trust BJ's to provide items you order for curbside delivery.

Ordered following:- Mini pizookies- Sweet potato fries- Garlic chicken pesto tavern- Honey roasted sriracha brussels sproutsAll items tasted superb! However the brussels sprouts order was out of this world. Loved it!No main entrees were served due to shortage of staff. Hospitality was great!Highly recommended.

The staff was great! Very attentive! The food wad good. For our girls night out it was a perfect settings the only drawback was their gluten free menu! I was planning on ordering something snd taking it back home for my husband but when i was given the g/f menu it had a bunch of items crossed off. His choices was extremely limited! I chose not to take him home anyyhing.

Horrible! Never again.2 hours and still waiting on our food.Had to ask for silver ware, had to ask for water, had to wait for forever to get anything on the table.Food came in cold. Not even like warm, actually cold.Food had 2 small bits of chicken in a chicken noodle dish! Pasta was half raw.Asked for peppers and parmesan cheese 3 times, which we got only after the pizza was over.Shame in comparison to the one in sparks.

Just ate at BJs. The prices have gone through the roof, given the quality of the fare. $3.95 for a very small plate of fries is an example. No the local manager does not price the menu. Menu-not available-sandwiches of any kind, no entree salads, no nachos, and that does not include other items that I did not even ask about. Roughly 40% of the menu was available. Evidently a shortage in the kitchen. Two orders of boneless chicken wings (since bone-in was unavailable) was supposed to come with celery. No celery. 1 1/2 hours from sit down to finish. Again, possibly due to short kitchen staff. The most unpleasant experience I have had in as long as I can remember. This is actually my first ever review of a restaurant, and thus tells you how bad it was.

Good beer, average food, and great service. The avocado egg rolls are great!

The happy hour and daily specials kill. And even having a regular meal is great. Did I mention beer? Good times.

Our server, Alexander, was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us just the right amount of attention, as we were two olds friends catching up. Food and drinks were fantastic as always!

We ordered through Door Dash (which was fast) however, the restaurant didn’t send any of the sauces (we should have had ranch for 2 kids chicken strip meals and ketchup for fries, and sauce for the avocado rolls) nor did they send any silverware/napkins. Thankfully we are in a hotel with a kitchenette that has silverware and paper towels or we would have had to eat with our fingers.

It was our first time at this location, we live close and came with our family, if there were no stars to give that is what we would have given. We came in today Saturday @12pm for lunch with our family. After about an hour and a half the server told us the system went down and our order was not placed due to system error, we are understanding then another 30 min went by my toddler son actually fell asleep at the table due to the wait! We finally received our food 2 hours later we all ordered burgers and everything was cold fries included! We were completely outraged! No one ever came back to our table we got up and walked out! After we left we called and spoke to a manager, he said he was cooking, and that our server never put our order in meanwhile every table around us was eating and received their food! He said he was going to send us a $50 gift card via email however to feed a family of 5 it’s more than $50, we do not recommend this location at the Summit in Reno Nevada. Everything about this experience was horrible including the rude hostesses at the front!Your restaurant needs to get new staff. We will not be back and do not recommend!****Updated*****We received a $75 credit and decided to give them another try with our family. We went on a Sunday this time not Saturday the waiter Benjamin P. was wonderful and we received all of our food in a timely manner. It was really good!We are happy we got the chance to return with a much better experience! I have now changed my stars from 1 to 4.
