Small yet so very cool! The quality of the coffee and the service were excellent.
My boyfriend would never in his life order an almond milk latte. But our barista asked if almond milk was okay as the default. He hesitantly responded that was fine… I knew at that moment that I’d be drinking his latte. Hah!Boy I was wrong.. my boyfriend LOVED HIS DRINK and kept insisting I try it (despite being full from breakfast). He’s not wrong!! This is one of the best lattes we’ve had in awhile. Great quality and well made! Still can’t believe my boyfriend actually likes it. Mind blown so I guess that’s a testament of how good this place is. So good!
I’m a barista and thus picky about my coffee, but the oat milk latte I got from this shop humbled me. It was the best coffee I’ve ever had <3 thank you bibo and the girl with the kewpie mask
I’ve been a customer here for years but sadly today they have a sign on their door, “vaccine mandatory” that will be the last time I ever go there again, along with 3 other people I know.
Ordered a Caramella and it doesn’t taste like coffee or a latte at all! Very disappointed! Trying a hole in the wall instead of Dutch Bros turned out to be a waste of money! :(
This should really be zero stars, rude staff, you can get coffee as good or better with better service anywhere and have a better customer experience. Avoid Bilbo Coffee and save yourself a terrible experience!
I will never go to a Bibo coffee shop in Reno ever again. I have been a loyal customer to them for years. I go to Bibo almost every day, no exaggeration. I have a Bibo coffee shop hoodie that I wear everywhere. I tell everyone how great their drinks are. I brag endlessly about Bibo. I ask for gift cards to Bibo for my birthday and Christmas. But their employees and their owners are the most rude people I have ever met. For the years I have been going there I have complained to all my friends and family about how terrible the service is even though the drinks are amazing. I continue to tip elwiyj every purchase dispite the terrible service. Well Saturday and today were the nail in the coffin. I wnet Saturday and was asked to leave the Bibo coffee shop in South Reno for not having a mask on even though they had a sign on their door saying masks are not required for vaccinated people. So today I tried the midtown location and they have the same sign on their door and has no issue with me not wearing a mask. The owner was working so I politely expressed how disappointed I was with how I was treated at the south Reno location last Saturday. He could not have been less interested in anything I had to say. He was rolling his eyes the entire time I was talking to him. When I called him out on rolling his eyes at me he responded and said “yup I sure am.” No amount of amazing coffee and other drinks will every persuade me to give this business my money ever again. Read the Yelp reviews, this is a consistent issue. Everyone says the same thing. Drinks and gelato are amazing but the customer service is terrible. After my conversation with the owner today it is obvious where his staff gets their bad attitudes and complete lack of customer service skills. ??
Wow fantastic coffee it's a little hard to find, but it's worth it
Small of the beaten path coffee shop.Good small coffee shop, they offer a lot of the great flavored coffee the other popular shops offer, but with the more personal feel of the small shop, and better prices.
First time here for us. The wife ordered an iced latte which she really liked. My son ordered a half chocolate and half mint chip gelato. He enjoyed it. I had the half rasberry and half almond oat milk gelato. That rasberry gelato was very good. It had pieces of rasberry in it. Nice touch. The place is a little hidden but worth the visit.
