Ice Cream Shop Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream

Took my daughter and friend out for shoe shopping and ice cream while she was in town. I had no problem spending $158 on the shoes my daughter will use in the medical field. I did have a problem paying $18 for only 4 scoops of mediocre tasting frozen sweet cream (that's being nice). For that price we'll just buy a barrel of Ben & Jerry's next time.

The store gets a 1 for a refund after hours of resolution on an order. It took a little negotiation to see the wrong and the simple gesture to make it right althiugh the loss of a sentimental photo was not returned is super disappointing. The issue is lack of training, proper managment skills, and turn around of staff. Most of thr staff were not mature enough to be running a store and lack of life skills. The young man who helped with resolution did best he could. If this is a franchise store the owners should get more involved and train theor workers.

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream place. I come here at least once a month. The product is great as always. The staff is friend and helpful but the store is disgustingly dirty. Every time I come in the floor, tables, and chairs are covered in ice cream. I know it's hard to keep up but it seems like they don't even clean it daily. We have learned to bring on baby wipes to clean our table before we eat our ice cream. Please up your cleanliness game. Here's some photos from tonight.

Pulled a 6 inch hair out of my ice cream and it wasn’t mine……that right there should tell ya my experience

Fur Veteran’s Day I decided to bring my husband for an ice cream, since he love it! Soggy cones, young and no experienced staff (not their fault just need more training) very dirty store. Sorry but our first and last in this place :(

I picked up my daughter's birthday cake that I ordered. No call from the store, no warning, no topper, no finished look. It even looked like it was burned by something on top. I was refunded for the topper, but no time to enhance or fix this cake before the party. Don't entrust your special memories to this location.

Yes, this place is still around and they have flavors that I loved as a kid. Champagne ice? Yes! The taste of my youth.

Walked in with my mask on. My 5 and 10 year came with. They forgot their mask in the car. Young man working said " I can't have you in the store without a mask on!" Which is a rude way to say- Could you please go get your mask! So I sent my son to get his mask. Then I asked if my daughter needed one because she is 5. The young man threw up his hands and said " I don't get paid to let you break the rules." When he could of said yes or no! Then he turned his back and walked away. I said " I am just asking a question because according to the governors mandate children under 9 are not required to wear a mask. The young man said he had not heard that. I told him I was not trying to be rude and was just asking a question and because he was rude to me we would just leave. I know this mask thing is hard and I am sure some people are rude but I was not. We left and went to Yogurt Beach where the person working was super nice and answered me the way someone who wants customers to come back would! Customer Service is talking to people nicely even when they are getting on your nerves. I will now drive past Baskin's to go other places.

I had a mask on?girl rude af at the counter. I mean at least I wasn't jumping and running around with no mask on and screaming and yelling like the kids that were there.

Great always love the ice cream
