It’s ok food. It’s overpriced leftovers, delicious leftovers, but nonetheless leftovers. I was really upset that they have never told me when I have gone that the miso soup is made with something involving fish. I think that should be more clearly advertised. All the restaurants I have gone to at least tell you there is fish in the soup or have it written somewhere. I’m allergic to everything fish related from shell fish, fresh water, and salt water, so maybe advertising the fish in the soup would make it so people don’t accidentally have an allergic reaction.

It's just plain hard to beat the basic bowl of Bab. It's simply fills you up and is good for you as well . I did upgrade to brown rice which was an excellent choice and nice and fluffy and soft rice despite the added fiber that gives you. I also very much enjoy the little sauce bar that you can choose your favorite flavor from. The fountain drinks are refillable by you. And they do have a loyalty club as well to earn free meals with.

This was our go-to every week and the classic meals were perfection! What happened after the reopening? We loved the glass noodles and scrambled eggs, now they are gone. The flavor overall is not as good, portion sizes are smaller, rice is different and purple, and the compostable packaging is now plastic. We’re really sad now.

I really want to like this place but I dont want to give it another shot after my recent experience. I went on there 're-opening' day to try the new menu and I got a classic bowl. I paid extra so I could have beef and pork. I paid 3.50$ extra for the beef and 3.00$ extra for the pork and the serving was abysmal. I saw other people who only ordered one meat(not double meat) and received way more then I did, so maybe this was just a mistake on their part. The final blow was that I paid 2$ extra for an add on of crab. They gave me maybe 1 tablespoon of crab and this is imitation crab, any other place would give you a whole scoop. Overall I just feel like I got ripped off by all the extra things I paid for. The base bowl was good but I paid 8.50$ extra for toppings and got maybe 1$ worth of toppings in my food. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was their 're-opening' day but overall I just left dissapointed. On a final note , I ordered as dine in and they gave us our order as a takeout even though I saw multiple people inside eating with dine in trays, bowls and utensils.

The food was not bad. I got the classic with spicy pork and a drink. However I'll tell you what is bad the price. Keep in mind all you can eat sushi only 22 bucks.

Ordered the bokum bap which as stated on the menu is "korean spicy cabbage fried rice WITH PORK". Where not only did I get the smallest portion, less than half the take out box was filled. There was only 5 pieces of meat and bits of scrambled egg. I was already home by the time I saw it.Furthermore, bc there was a line ordering I didn't want to argue with the cashier.... but she continued to argue with me that there was an additional $2 charge for meat because it was considered an additional protein. When like I said, there was clearly stated on the menu that the meat was included..The flavor was good, but not worth the $20 I spent for only a few bites

This was my second time trying out Bab Cafe and my first time was take out which was incredible delicious. It had me hooked! So I had to come in and check out this hidden gem located off of W 3rd Street.Walking into Bab Cafe and I instantly liked the vibe. We were greeted right away, the restaurant and lobby were very clean and over all just loved the atmosphere. I went ahead and ordered the Bulgogi Top-Bab with extra protein, Miso Soup and drink. They have a few sauces out there to pick from; my favorite is the Sriracha Mayo that I mix in with my whole place. Very taste and get the taste buds going that makes me just want to eat more and more. I love it. The Beef, Glass Noodles, Potstickers with some veggies all in one. Just fantastic to me.Ever since i had Bab Cafe for the first time, it instantly became my number one spot. Very delicious!Thank you so much Bab Cafe for a spectacular inside experience. Definitely will come back again and I hope to whoever has not tried Bab; they give Bab Cafe a try! It will not disappoint!!

4.5*. Good food. Bibimbap was delicious. The chicken wings were just ok.Ambient was good. They also have convenient parking next door.

Out of state and came by for a quick valentine date dinner to start our night. Quick, easy and very delicious. The staff was so friendly and the food could out beat the Korean food in the bay area.

Delicious and well-balanced food, portions are generous.
