We had a great experience celebrating our anniversary. great service from walking in to greet, to ending with a nice anniversary dessert. Weâll be back.

We were very disappointed with our experience at the Steak House. The first time we went, which was a year ago, the service and food were excellent. This time not good! We were celebrating our youngest's son's 25th birthday. The server did not bring him an complimentary dessert nor was there any acknowledgement of it. Both my husband and our oldest son's food was brought to them cold. The restaurant did comp us for both their dishes. When the server brought our food, she asked us to cut our meat to see if it was cooked to properly. We have never experienced that before and found that very odd. The side dishes were not as good as we expected and when dessert came the server didn't even offer us coffee. Last but not least the prices had been raised. For the amount of money we spent the service should have been impeccable! Very disappointed over all!
I took my wife and some friends of the family for dinner their for my wife's birthday. The food, service and everything was great. I am moving to Reno in the near future and I will be returning soon.
The food was undercooked and had absolutely no taste. I had prime rib and it was extremely bland. Even after sending it back because it was undercooked from the way I requested, it was still medium rare when received. Did not eat it. They took off the cheapest item we ordered a glass of wine to compensate. Not enough in my opinion. Will not be returning.

We go to the steakhouse every trip. Allen was our server, he's been there for years and we've gotten to know him. Food is wonderful! We love tableside spinach salad and steak diane.

Got sick after eating fish. They refused to take responsibility. Still had to pay everything in full. Worst experience I had considering they call themselves high end steakhouse.
