I’ve had Pho from most places in the Reno area but this place takes the cake on freshest ingredients, best portions, best prices, and best menu offerings. Also the best and fastest service I’ve had eating pretty much anywhere that isnt fast food. Thank you guys for all your hard work! It truly shows
This is a small venue and a strip mall, with approximately three two-seater tables and three, larger four person tables. I ordered the Five Spices Tofu, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how absolutely amazing the taste and textures were. The tofu was fried perfectly with a nice crisp, outer shell and practically liquid center. He's seasonings were done very well and the spicy level would be what I considered medium. The stir fry was served with a bowl of rice as well and I was stuffed afterwards. The meal was only $12. As far as service goes, keep in mind that there seems to only be one person waiting on the tables so you may have to be a little aggressive in waving your cup to get a refill. I have no problem in doing so, therefore, the experience was enjoyable to me. I will definitely be back.
It is a good Asian restaurant decent prices and if you like Boba they have it too I had Pho and love it service is good
First time here , ordered seafood pho and the shrimp spring roles and a honey dew smoothie . I never seen lettuce as the veggie in pho , didn't use it. Also the squid tasted like dirt not lying, and the shrimp giblet was still in all the shrimp. The rolls were amazing but I feel like whoever made them cross contaminated between foods as the last roll of the two was extremely spicy for some reason like jalapeno was added. The honey dew boba was extremely watered down. Only thing I really liked was the pho broth !
Omg that place was just awesome. The food amazing I left super full .. I suggest you ordering a large pho and share lol because you won’t finish what they call ‘small’ ?
If you're looking for an immediate greeting... if you're looking for a happy, cheerful greeting.... Not gonna happen. Never in all my years coming here has that occurred. However, if you ARE looking for great food & good service, this is your place! Reasonably priced, fast service, served hot, &... well... down-right delicious every time.
We're locals and have been eating here for years and years but after last night we won't return. Sadly, our last 2 visits we have been intentionally overcharged. Twice is rarely a coincidence! Although not the reason for this review, last night, the service was abnormally horrible. We waited over an hour for our food! Our server said they had new staff and computer equipment (like everyone) so we patiently waited it out. After we were finally served, (the food was good) but the service never improved and the check never did arrive. When I headed to the front to pay, my husband warned me to pay close attention because last time the same woman at the register had tried to overcharge him by quite a lot. When she gave me the total, it was about $10.00 over what I had figured from the menu. I questioned the bill and was told the prices had gone up "yesterday." I wasn't going for that so after much back-peddling and story changing, she finally adjusted the price. It was still more than it should have been, because of "tax" but by then I was out of "give a s***" and had already decided we needed to move on and find a new favorite Pho restaurant. I understand that all businesses and especially restaurants are struggling right now but intentionally ripping off your customers, probably isn't the best way to stay afloat.
If there is Zero, I will give them zero. We are charged 18% gratuity even if we did not get good service. Very sticky table and orders were mixed up!Servers did not give quality service. We had to ask water many times. They raised their voice when we asked of how much we have to pay and recalculate our bills coz it was way off. I questioned why I have to give 18% gratuity when table is gross and they did not even check what we need. We had to look for forks, spoons, bowls.... will never come back and NEVER recommend to friends.
I walked in and waited no one showed up. Then looked at the floor ? ??. I looked at the table next to the cashier and raw shrimp sitting in a mixing bowl. I literally couldn't believe that. Never will even eat at the place or even consider them a clean good restaurant. Highly recommend looking around before considering eating their.
I ordered and payed for my food then waited by the door close to 30 minutes without being called. I decided to walk up to the cash register and saw my two to go bags on a dining table to the right and to my left is the cashier/server standing by the fridge sipping a drink. ???
