I asked for no cheese on my beef n cheddar but instead they gave me all the cheese and no red ranch. Just listen a bit better - the food at this location is good though! Fries are always crispy crispy
Tried the new burger. Definitely not worth the money. 2 people for $32. Regular sit down restaurants would have been less and got more food. Burger was dry and had no flavor. Do not waste your time or money.
Clean store. Employees are generally friendly and working hard. Drive-thru is usually busy but they move people through efficiently
No sauce means no sauce. It's not that difficult of a concept to wrap ones head around. Yet time and time again I get the turkey and swiss just slathered, absolutely drenched, in that disgusting spicy mustard. Do better. It's not hard. Also, as a side, try to just get the sandwiches right, period. Someone else in my group got the entirely wrong sandwich. It's like a joke. Except it ruins my dinner
New management has definitely been noticed. Drive thru is fast and efficient. Food quality has improved dramatically and customer service is much better than it has been. Keep up the good work.
Food was great as usual. Only didn't feel the person taking order was very helpful out friendly. Wished there were more locations in the Reno area.
It took forever to get my food, and when I got to the front of the drive-through, I looked in the window. There are 4 employees just standing around. There's no reason to wait 45 minutes in a drive-through with 3 other cars. These kids aren't worth 8 dollars an hour.
Ordered two orders of mozzarella sticks. Both orders were wildly overcooked, the cheese was outside of the stick and hard. Nothing inside. Very disappointing experience as they are usually so good about it.
