Was slow when we arrived, sat right away. Food was decent, but the server was another story. Had to ask several times for condiments, drink refills ect. Server paid more attention to her alcoholic tables!
Good food But it took sometime for our food to be served. Asked for another beer and soda It never cameMissing some of the appetizers Overall the food was great tasting
After a long day of driving around running errands my mother and I wanted to sit down and eat dinner, we choose Applebee's which was a mistake, the only good service was the guy who sat us down. He was polite and quick however our waitress Susan was the complete opposite, she was so slow and forgetting stuff that we had asked for. She kept messing up our order and even at times forgetting that we were there. It took 2 hours to just get out of the place. Not going there again.
I Came in at 11:30 AM Waiting at the bar for over 5 minutes for a milkshake I ordered over the phone. I Wasn’t even addressed by any of the staff until I spoke. And the blonde lady who made my shake only filled my cup halfway. I also ordered 10 of the bone in Hot wings and they had almost no sauce on them and we’re dry. I’m Never coming back to this location.
Our waitress Crystal was beyond amazing an helped me an my family to dinner an I will be back just because of her. She had us laughing an my children laughing it was amazing dinner because of her an the bartender made our drinks amazing as well the whole staff was on it when we went to dinner my Applebee's you made our dinner amazing ??
It was not busy at all. We had a great server. She was very attentive to us. We ordered the 2 for $25. The meal was cooked perfectly. Overall it was a good experience.
From May 2021 through January 2022, I've gotten food delivery from several local restaurants in Reno, and all with good results--except for Applebee's on Kietzke Lane. Out of 13 times that I've ordered from them, 5 orders I've received have been WRONG (that's 38% of the time). I repeatedly call and they give me credits for missing food, but that does nothing to compensate for ruined meals due to cold food while making phone calls, stress-related headaches and stomach aches, and of course, the missing food. I've even tried calling them immediately after I place the online orders, just to encourage them to check my order before it goes out--but they STILL get it wrong!I tried writing to Applebee's Guest Relations to make them aware of the problem, but my letter was returned a month later marked "Undeliverable" with "no forwarding address." It turned out they had MOVED SIX YEARS EARLIER, and no one had bothered to update the mailing address on the Applebee's website! After the last failed delivery order, I went to the website of Dine Brands, who owns Applebee's and IHOP, to get the phone number for their corporate offices in Glendale, California. I called that number every day for a week, but each time all I got was a message saying their phones were out of order, followed by a busy signal!On 2/4/22 I went to the Glendale, California, BBB (Better Business Bureau) website, where I discovered that Dine Brands Global, Inc. has an "F" rating (no surprise). I thought about filing a complaint, but I realized it was futile. As a last resort, I've written a letter to John Peyton, CEO of Dine Brands. Even if their corporate office really exists, I doubt anything will come of my letter. I've done everything I can to help them, and I'm DONE with Applebee's.
Stella provided great service! She was very attentive and made our experience one of the better Applebee's experiences I've had.
My wife and I had the 2 for $22 combo and shared the appetizer. We're both seniors and was perfect for us. Waitress was friendly and checked with us several times to ask if we needed anything. Will go back again soon.
We were in the mood for a burger and Red Robin was closed due to lack of employees, so we drove to Applebee's. Big mistake. The only food that was good was the appetizer platter. The burgers were underdressed; one ring of an onion, yesterdays lettuce NO condiments. And the Fries don't get me started. Never again.
