Ordered 2 carne asada tacos with rice, beans and drink 11.35. For the drink i wanted a medium 3.30.Total was around 17 bucks(plus taxes i assume). I was hoping for that high of a price I was getting the most delicious tacos I've ever tasted. That wasn't the case. It really felt like the tortillas were the only thing warmed up and the meat & veggies were just throw in there cold. So disappointing but staff was nice.
I ordered chicken enchiladas. The food was cold. There was no chicken in it . no cheese. Just empty soggy tasteless tortilla in red sauce. No cheese either. The beans were the best thing on the plate. Rice cold and hard. And i ordered a chicken taco. Chicken tasted like the fridge. Most lettuce on the taco. Gross gross gross. I got food from there before and it ok. So my return was more then disappoint. Bad day yucky food and expensive. I go to jimboys next time i want enchiladas combo plate
The staff is very courteous however the food was not what I expected. The beef tacos had very tough and dry meat. The rolled tacos were too hard and it was difficult to eat. I wasted money because I ended up tossing out the food. On a good note the California burrito wasn't too bad
Alderto's has pretty great food and the staff are all pretty friendly. The only downsides I have encountered so far is the wait time and the steep prices. A number two is 2 tacos rice and beans and a small drink for a total of $12.29 at other places it's like $7 to $11 from what I've seen.
Amazing food, great selection, comfortable atmosphere and easy to get to location! The service isn't fast but they have that posted at the door. This isn't fast food and that's OKAY! When ordered via doordash, just as good too! Great every time and thank you to the young cashier whom answered my son's many many questions about horchata, you were patient and sweet. :)
I've had a couple of miscommunication with the mic in the drive thru being so quiet, otherwise good service. Love their torta. Wouldn't recommend any burrito. Lots and lots of meat in lieu of every other ingredient...
Very good food. However I wish I knew that the peppers on the shrimp tacos is not bell peppers. At some type of jalapeno or something it was spicy. ????

Food was so-so. Dry and a bit overcooked for my taste. HOWEVER, the employees were GREAT!! I had friends from Ecuador with me that spoke very little English, so the employees were awesome at helping my friends order their food. Thank you for the help.
