Food's always great, they're just a busy location. Not their fault

Not only is this one of the worst Buffalo wild wings locations its also one of the worst restaurant locations!! I called in to make an order over the phone and they had me on hold over 20 minutes then I called back and then he kept me on hold again saying that they had to take another customer's order so long story short they never came to the phone then when I went out to the location they were very very rude!!!!
This store location sucks with online orders. I’ve done it 3 times and all time I have to wait even with a 30 min advancement
Lemon pepper wings are normally seasoned properly but this time they weren't seasoned enough. I'm hoping they get some better fries one day; I tried them again after a yr & they're still not my type.
The food was really bussin it didn't smell like roaches in there or nothing even the customer service was terrific very polite i would love to thank you guys for your work!!??????
I waited inside this ridiculous restaurant for over 30 min, they forgot me while my order stayed on side getting cold. Horrible!
The staff was super friendly. When I order my food online I didn’t saw an option for extra well done so I call the store and they fixed it for me when I got to the store they were super busy because it was the weekend and the team was still friendly and stay cool even though they had some customers been rude because they were in a 40 minutes wait.the manager handled the customer nice and professional. This team knows what they were doing
Typically my favorite place. But one night the food was horrible. Service was good, but the chicken was flavorless like Robertos?. No lemon pepper seasoning. Fries was soggy and unseasoned. The absolute worst.
Order was wrong (bone in not boneless, Randy not blue cheese )The first wing was fantastic. The rest of them, the meat tasted like water.Both flavors were very good.I was charged without being told, and then had to pay extra for the vegetables which were supposed to come with it in the first place.I very likely will not return
