They get my orders right every time, and it's soooo good. Garlic Parm is my fav.

Awesome food, great staff but wait time is ling. Walked in and ordered new chicken sandwich combo and had to wait 25 minutes. I suggest calling ahead.
I really hate coming to this location.The staff is extremely rude when asking questions about your order.I only came to this one because I was leaving the store right down the street.Losee location is my wingstop of choice location.I ordered online due to everything it's always more than an hour wait when it clearly states ready.I show up after ordering over an hour ago and they still tell me it 15 more mins.I waited 15 mins and asked again he told me it was another 10 mins and that's all he can say.My question is why order online and give wait times.Then wanna get mad about it and have attitudes when we are questioning what your staff said.I tried to support this location but this makes 3 times and every time it's the same Management needs to recheck their process.
Purchased some wings yesterday spent around $43 dollars and by the time I got my wings they had no flavor and were super dry and no meat and taste bitter and I was disappointed . They taste like if they where seating on the oven for a long time so over cooked .
I went to Wingstop on Friday the 13th and I knew it should have been cursed because that food was horrible it had no taste I ordered two orders of chicken wings and got one ranch dipping sauce. I asked the young lady for another sauce she said I had to pay for it I said I ordered two separate orders so one person get ranch and the other person don't. You really need to change that, but you don't have to worry about me coming there anymore I'm going to take my money to hamburger Hut they have much better chicken wings than Wingstop.
It's not the best place, but don't judge a book by its cover. Great customer service. Prompt and respectful
Over an hour wait for wings and fries does not make sense. Wings were really good, but the fries went in the trash. The whole meal was not worth waiting almost 2 hours for.
Staff doesn’t have the courtesy to replace a $12 order.The lady manager is so strange and rude for no reason. They messed up my order after I had specifically told them I wanted my chicken WELL DONE. It wasn’t. They even forgot some of my dipping sauces.I hadn’t had a chance to call right then and there since I was leaving to Pahrump after I’ve stop to grab something to eat and misplaced my receipt. I’ve explained this all and they still won’t replace my food. I even paid with card, which I suggested they’ve could look up the order with. They refused to do so. ????????
