This is the worst Wendy's. They never have anything right. Sometimes their system is down. Sometimes they have no lids for their cups only the small size. The staff always seem to have an attitude like they don't wanna do their job. They are slow. Why do they even have it open then.
The owner and manager needs to hire better staff that atleast pretend to like working.The customer service each time I have visit this establishment has been poor in service.Maybe during the hiring process ask the new hires what does customer service mean to them; because it sure does lack in their work performance.
The man on the drive thru speaker was very short with us, so we came inside to order. We waited an absurd amount of time to get our food, at which point we hadn't received the entire meal that was ordered. Poor customer service. It is hotter inside there than outside in the Vegas heat. Extremely slow for the few people that had been in there to order their food. Our food was cold by the time we got it as well.
Lobby was open... so I could actually wash my hands before I ate which is always nice!They didn't have anybody to take your order you are only able to use the kiosk but at least they gave me the food fresh
Probably one of the worse Wendy’sThey take one vehicle at a time to order them leaving you sitting to order next for 15 to 20 mins. They say will be right with you “yea 20 mins later “ they said because their understaffed.Then they never give you the correct food 4x I order spicy chicken nuggets they give regularShort staffed? That’s why you see staff in the window with their cooking gloves on on their cell phone texting! and then they never answer their phone to receive a complaint!I’m don with this Wendy’s won’t come here anymore and it’s pretty sad because Wendy’ is really the only fast food I like. Change staff and management at this one or close the facility the workers give it a bad vibe.Not even friendly. They hand me my drink and I said can I get a straw and they said you’ll get it when you get your food! ?
Oh Yeah I was looking to post for this god for saken place. Horrible unprofessional seems to not have the right training or leadership.Ghetto not the appropriate word but yes and it shames me to stay it.I will never eat here or buy anything I told the family don't ask. Its coo I am on a diet so these loser owners are helping me live a bit longer. ? At times I just wanted a frosty smh dude who was refilling the machine, looked miserable. No one asked me or my daughter if we needed help and we did. I walked out ,done they need Chick fill la advice.
I'm feeling so sick my daughter likes to come here for the famous 4 for 4 , so I thought I would try the new hot honey chicken sandwich and I got home n the chicken was raw I'm so grossed out
The food was poorly prepared. Out of salad ingredients but could have easily cut up the apples, but substituted another salad rather than served the salad requested. Baked potato poorly prepared. A dab of cheese, no butter and a sprinkle of bacon bits on the potato that was ordered and paid for as fully loaded. This is not the first time the food and service has been poor. I will not patronize this location again.
No matter what Wendy's I go to, I notice, the fries are NEVER hot. I love the skin on version, but, maybe there should be so.e way to make them better. I don't eat anything but fries from here, I just want a hot fry.....
This Wendy’s is really doing the best they can lol the drive thru is always slow! And the inside is never open but my food has always been decent. If you need a job they are always hiring
