I got two drinks, they made one wrong, and didn't blend both of them as well as they should have. I got rude service at the window and they asked me what my order was three times being one of two people there. At least get my order right if you're going to ask me that many times. There's literally just a bunch of kids working there I did not see one adult. The girl at the window was even on the phone when talking me. Whoever the manager is needs to get there's workers in check as well as themselves.
Absolutely terrible horrible customer service. A bunch of kids are in there and they obviously don’t know what they’re doing because it takes 10 hours to go through the drive-through. I ordered beforehand to pick up and I have to wait behind a line of cars because they have a restaurant locked. It’s only 4 PM in the afternoon on a Friday and they have the doors locked.
I went through the drive through and placed an order. I had to repeat myself several times what I was asking for. The young woman taking my order seemed to have some sort of attitude which irritated me. I pulled up to the window to pay and no one was at the window. I look inside to see an empty dining area with 3 male workers just dancing and joking around and the woman who took my order wasn’t there. I wait for a few minutes and decided to leave. The lack of professionalism of the staff at this facility is egregious and they should probably be taught hood work ethics or fired. Me and my wife will not be coming to this facility. I feel bad for the owner of this business.
Its 4 pm in the afternoon and after several mins in the drive thru line an employee came on the speaker and informed me they were closed. Google says this business confirmed last week that they are open until 2 am. This was after my last visit where we spent 25 mins in the drive thru for one smoothie. I hate writing bad reviews. I love supporting local businesses. I've worked in retail and understand everybody has an off day and maybe they deserve a second chance...this is not one of those cases.
Used their website to place and pay for an order this morning and then went to pick it up only to find the place closed when it clearly was supposed to be opened. So no smoothie but my card was charged. I go to the website to contact the company for a refund and instead of a refund I get a generic response thanking me for visiting their location and a coupon for a small discount on my next smoothie with purchase of a meal. Um, no thanks, how about my money back???? Such a scam and now I get to waste more time disputing charges with the credit card company. Never again!!!
Each time I come here the line is always long, and they take forever. They lose a lot of business, not sure if it's a staffing or management issue. Either way definitely needs some correction/ management involvement. Sad that upper management doesn't want to capitalize on the market in the area by actually focusing on the reviews their customers provide them. Two cars behind us backed out. The wait is normally about 20-30mins for drive thru and the lobby/dine in was closed. Again not sure if that's due to staffing or what the reason was. Upon taking the order, the attendant was rude.
You order something they don’t even make what you order and they charge you more and just put into your drink whatever they feel like this is the worst tropical smoothie is the worst company out there
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are rude all the time. Never can make a proper smoothie. And their lobby is never open no matter what time you go. Literally sat at the door an a employee sat down on her phone taking selfies even though there was a whole long line in the drive thru. NEVER COME HERE. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION PERMANENTLY
Hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie in this city and quite possibly in the world. Absolutely horrible experience and smoothie/food quality. Was stuck in the drivethru for over 20 minutes. After the two people in front of me finally left I pulled to the window where I waited and was never talked too or served. The two girls just kept looking at me and acted like none of us in the drivethru existed. Proceeded to pull their phones out and text or whatever they were doing. So I pull out of the drivethru to go through the front and the doors are locked !! It's 9am, it makes no sense. This is after a number of unpleasant experiences at this location. I guess Farm and Durango is my new location. Pathetic representation of such a wonderful franchise.
This place should not be in business!Was STUCK in the drive thru because the dining area was closed for 30 minutes. No joke. I couldn’t reverse out due to vehicles behind me. Seen employees hanging out the back emergency exit, one with the drive thru head set on. Each vehicles sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me. I did not order anything in the end. Did not want to give them my money. Horrible experience.
