Terrible customer service. Walked in and stood there for 15 mins, before someone finally came to the register. Then the individual just stood there and said nothing, as if we were suppose to know they were there to take our order.Solution: Greet your customers, be happy. If you can't help your customers immediately then let them know that.Find a manager that cares and will train employees properly.-Military Service Member
Terrible staff and terrible location. They take forever to make your food and it’s not even done properly. I ordered a turkey and cheese for my kid and it was filled with shredded cheese and 1 slice of turkey. I’ll never visit this location again. $5.49 for a wrap filled with cheese just a waste of money! Then when you call to complain nobody answers the phone. I really wish they would just shut this location down they can’t seem to get it right and it’s been quite some time
DON’T COME HERE! Whole place ran by kids. You’ll wait 30 minutes in the hot sun and they’ll still not take your order. FAKE BABY JUNIOR TODDLER WANNABE MANAGER DENISE IS VERY RUDE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. No customer service at all. I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING ABOUT ME FROM THE WINDOW BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT WAITING 30 minutes just to get my order taken. DENISE AND CLAUDIA BOTH SHOULD BE FIRED AND EVERYBODY ELSE BACK THERE LOLLYGAGING AND NOT WORKING. DRINKS WAS TRASH TOO
I placed an order on Uber eats. Never received my wrap I got only my drink. Called my driver and he said the two girls that were closing 5/19 said all I ordered was just my drink and slammed the window in his face and only gave him $2 out of the tip I gave? Confused about that part. I already contacted Uber about it. But dude just finish the order it’s not that hard. Go to a different location this place is ridiculous.
If you choose to eat here, don't use their tropical smoothie app for delivery. If you need a refund because of a missing item, this location will tell you to come in person to pick it up or get your refund. They don't apologize or seem empathetic. It's more of an, "Oh well, you shouldn't have ordered from our app then," vibe. Plus they are privately owned and customer service is hit and miss. Leaving you on hold, hanging up, then not even apologizing for it. For the price you're paying, go somewhere else where they actually have customer service when you need help.
Lobby being closed was one issue. Second issue make me wait in line to order and tell me there's no food just drinks. Waiting in line for 20 min. Please learn to add a notice for us an then we decide if we order or not.
Four stars for the super long wait time and lack of staff, but my goodness if it isn't good. I don't usually leave reviews and i'm sure had I gone to a different location, or maybe at a different time, this would have been a 5 star, this food was that good. And the smoothies, omg. If you aren't sure about 'healthy' west coast style food or smoothies with all the fruit and vitamin/protein supplements you could want, just try this place, it'll change your mind like it did mine and now i'm addicted.
First time and wasn't sure what to order and I had the help of the employee on making a selection. It narrowed to an Avocolada with some pea protein and I am very pleased. It is delicious and I will be back. Thank you!!
Absolutely one of the best locations in Vegas! There is one closer to where I live but I truly believe it’s the people who make it worth the distance! Excellent customer service. Every staff member I’ve encountered has always been a pleasant experience. Especially those that know me by name! Keep up the great work! ☺️
AWFULI placed an order on the app for asap. When I arrived 20min later. The order was not ready and then poorly made. The smoothie had no taste to it, then the food had no meat in it.The girls were not wearing mask so i can only imagine the cleaniness.
